"The hotel has its own underground parking lot and a wedding banquet hall on the first floor. The hotel is soundproofed and had a good night's sleep in Yixing. The hotel has its own design and decoration style.
There are four-star quality but some small shortcomings, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated, and there is a separate bathtub. But there is no wardrobe, there are hanging hangers instead, and the room layout is still a bit compact.
The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, the category is completely enough to eat, and the taste is good.
I don't know why the hotel corridor and room have a milk smell 😂 haha"

"Facilities: The room is on a small hillside, the environment is very private and quiet, there is a courtyard for tea, and it has a large pool for bubble bathing. The living room and room are large, and the room has a nearly 150-degree view, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, which also corresponds to the hotel's scenery positioning.

Service: During the stay, you can call the hotel shuttle bus wherever you want to go. Basically, the service staff of the housekeeping department and the transportation department are very enthusiastic and polite.
The service of the catering department is not satisfactory. At about 7:10 on the first day of breakfast, there was no one at the front desk at the entrance of the restaurant, and no one cared which room you were a guest in. On the second night, the buffet started about 30 minutes ago, and the skewers, chicken wings, etc. were all cold, the roast beef was too old, and the black pepper sauce was simply salty. The fire of the hot pot was an alcohol lamp. The soup in the pot never boiled during the whole meal. There were no hot pot seasonings. There was no sesame paste, shacha sauce, etc. There were only vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste and other condiments. For breakfast on the last day, the paper cups for ice cream next to the ice cream truck were gone. I asked the waiter at the fruit bar next to it for more, and he said, ”Sorry, there are no more ice cream cups.” I was so angry that I laughed. Who trained this kind of service concept? How many guests are staying in the hotel? It's okay that the hotel is not well prepared, but can't they help the guests find solutions? The ice cream paper cups are used up. Do you have other paper cups? Otherwise, do you have bowls in the kitchen? Just saying that there are no more, it's still meal time. Does it mean that the guests behind don't want to eat? The auntie who collects the plates is also very diligent. She is still sitting. If she sees that your plate is empty, she will collect it. Then you collect the plates, but leave the chopsticks. You have taken away everything. Are you chasing guests away? Table manners need some training. I had to eat without my chopsticks being placed horizontally. Otherwise, it would give people a bad impression."

Guest UserThe room was neat and clean, the breakfast was very rich, especially the bamboo shoots steamed dumplings and fried buns were particularly fragrant. The boss was warm and thoughtful. He arranged to dig bamboo shoots. Although the rare experience was very tired, the baby was very happy. I dug the Big Mac. Unfortunately, the time was relatively short. I didn’t have time to experience tea picking and go to Yixing Bamboo Sea. Come back next time 😃

Because we had children, we were given a free upgrade to suites for both rooms. The hotel was exceptional in every way, including free breakfast and a hot spring bath. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the front desk lady, Ms. Shen, who even gave us a small gift before leaving. There's a river trekking area not far from the hotel entrance, so afterward, we could return to the hotel and continue our trip with the kids to the hot springs, swim, and more. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and reasonably priced. A perfect choice for summer water activities with kids.

This stay at Yixing New Century Grand Hotel is perfect, impressive from details to service!
Environment and facilities: The hotel is elegantly designed, the lobby is full of art, the rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the supplies are complete. I especially like the floor-to-ceiling windows, which allow you to take in the beautiful city. The air conditioner is silent, and you can sleep well without being disturbed.
Service quality: The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. They quickly checked in and upgraded the room type. The room response speed is very fast, and an extra set of towels is delivered within 5 minutes. The snacks for the night bed service every day are even more surprising!

ChangzhouguiyinFacilities: The guesthouse has a strong design sense, using solid wood furniture and unique volcanic stone accents.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, comfortable bedding.
Environment: Very atmospheric, great for taking photos.
Service: The owner and housekeeper are very friendly and helpful. They even thoughtfully provided late-night snacks and fruit. Breakfast is included, but the nine-grid meal was too much, perhaps a bit too much for a woman.
I like staying in unique guesthouses and hotels when I travel. I chose this guesthouse on Ctrip, and it didn't disappoint. Sitting in the courtyard or on the balcony, surrounded by lush greenery, with a gentle breeze and birdsong in the air, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The boss and the proprietress were also very real. When checking out, the makeup bag was left in the room. I asked the address and sent it back to SF Express. The freight was not accepted.

Zen room is surrounded by flowers and trees. It is a homestay located deep in the bamboo forest, soft and quiet. It is suitable for people who seek a secluded and undisturbed vacation mode, are willing to get close to nature and experience rural life. It is a paradise that meets my expectations. The design of the room and the courtyard is very Zen. You can taste tea, copy scriptures, read books in the public area of the restaurant, and there is a separate Zen room. The staff is warm, friendly and full of love. When copying scriptures, I saw the staff very patiently instructing several children to write soft brush calligraphy. The children also wrote for a long time with interest. I like the staff 👍.
