This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

In summary, Yixing West Bank Huangchuan Hotel has become one of the most highly regarded high-end resort hotels in Yixing and even the Yangtze River Delta region, thanks to its secluded yet accessible location, artistic design, guest rooms with direct views of the mountains and water, meticulous service, and immersive natural experience.

Five-star review! Yixing Kiln Resort is truly unique, with a strong purple clay culture atmosphere. Yueyue's service was attentive and thoughtful, making for a great experience. The guest rooms are bright and clean. The shuttle bus to and from the scenic area is very convenient, and the breakfast is rich and varied. You can even try pottery making in the purple clay experience classroom. The environment is quiet and comfortable – it’s a top choice for a short getaway and offers excellent value for money! The hotel is luxurious, and the rooms are incredibly spacious. It's the most comfortable triple room I've ever stayed in, perfect for traveling with a child. Every corner offers a beautiful view, great for photos. There's a wide variety of activities to choose from. The dedicated shuttle service to Yaohu Town is very convenient. It was too hot to explore the town during the day in summer, so we only rode the small train, but the evening water show and fireworks display were definitely worth seeing.

This hotel boasts an excellent location at the heart of Yangxian Xishan, offering stunning mountain and water views. It's a low-density, quiet area with a strong holiday vibe. The butler service is well-established, with proactive communication before arrival, shuttle services within the park, and thoughtful welcome gifts, all with quick response times. The hardware is high-end, featuring private hot spring rooms with excellent privacy. Toiletries, bedding, and smart devices are all of high quality. Local amenities are comprehensive, with a full range of dining options, purple clay pottery workshops, and nearby attractions, making it a one-stop destination for a complete holiday experience.

The room is very nice, and more importantly, the hotel staff is really nice! In case of emergency, the hotel staff is also eager to help! The hotel's meals are very delicious, but they are more expensive. The good night sweet soup before going to bed every day will also be different, very loving. The only suggestion is that the room will be a little uneven due to the partition. The family members accidentally kicked the protruding part at night and injured their toes a little. The service staff is too good to say~ Haha

Facilities: The room is on a small hillside, the environment is very private and quiet, there is a courtyard for tea, and it has a large pool for bubble bathing. The living room and room are large, and the room has a nearly 150-degree view, where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, which also corresponds to the hotel's scenery positioning. The camping base and water recreation projects are very complete. The lawn opposite the main building is also very beautiful, and there are sufficient parking spaces to accommodate a large number of guests. Service: During the stay, you can call the hotel shuttle bus wherever you want to go. Basically, the service staff of the housekeeping department and the transportation department are very enthusiastic and polite. The service of the catering department is not satisfactory. At about 7:10 on the first day of breakfast, there was no one at the front desk at the entrance of the restaurant, and no one cared which room you were a guest in. On the second night, the buffet started about 30 minutes ago, and the skewers, chicken wings, etc. were all cold, the roast beef was too old, and the black pepper sauce was simply salty. The fire of the hot pot was an alcohol lamp. The soup in the pot never boiled during the whole meal. There were no hot pot seasonings. There was no sesame paste, shacha sauce, etc. There were only vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic paste and other condiments. For breakfast on the last day, the paper cups for ice cream next to the ice cream truck were gone. I asked the waiter at the fruit bar next to it for more, and he said, ”Sorry, there are no more ice cream cups.” I was so angry that I laughed. Who trained this kind of service concept? How many guests are staying in the hotel? It's okay that the hotel is not well prepared, but can't they help the guests find solutions? The ice cream paper cups are used up. Do you have other paper cups? Otherwise, do you have bowls in the kitchen? Just saying that there are no more, it's still meal time. Does it mean that the guests behind don't want to eat? The auntie who collects the plates is also very diligent. She is still sitting. If she sees that your plate is empty, she will collect it. Then you collect the plates, but leave the chopsticks. You have taken away everything. Are you chasing guests away? Table manners need some training. I had to eat without my chopsticks being placed horizontally. Otherwise, it would give people a bad impression.

I took advantage of the National Day holiday to visit Yixing and chose the second most popular hotel in Yixing at the time. I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Even before checking in, the butler, Gao Yuan, thoughtfully contacted me about my check-in time and other details, recommending various member activities within the hotel. He was always responsive and provided excellent service. I even tried the hotel's boat tour and travel photography services – everything was perfectly arranged. The area around the hotel is like a mini-Nianhua Bay, with restaurants and attractions all within easy reach. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning views at every turn. The room was fully equipped with thoughtful details: the bed was height-adjustable and offered massage; the bathtub had disposable liners and bath sponges; there was an instant hot water dispenser; and the complimentary eco-friendly tote bag was perfect for photos. …Everything here was convenient and cozy. I really loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with many details catering to children's needs, making it a great place to bring kids. The hot springs were fantastic, with a first-class environment, comfortable temperature, and good privacy. During the weekdays, it was less crowded, giving it a private feel.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and bright, meticulously cleaned, and the bedding and toiletries were of high quality. It was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The housekeeper and front desk staff were attentive and patient, and promptly helped resolve any issues. The surrounding environment was beautiful, with a strong resort atmosphere. Located in the center of Yixing, opposite is the Chengnan River, which connects to a scenic spot. The view is good on the 20th floor, and the bridge is lit at night. You can also walk, which is very good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet. The family room is suitable for two families. The room is super large and has a small living room. The only drawback is that there is only one bathroom and two toilets. The hotel is close to Shunan Street, and it takes half an hour to drive to other scenic spots. Parking is free. You have to go to breakfast early, otherwise the ingredients will be eaten up. The hotel customer service staff are relatively warm and friendly, and they will solve any problems as soon as possible. If you can't book a hotel in the scenic area, you can try this one
