Really enjoyed my stay. Everything is straightforward, great attention to detail including having an adaptor, a yoga mat, sweets, tea and nice coffee, a water bottle, USB C plugs and other smaller bits improving one's life. Wish there were more lockers in the luggage room (all were occupied). Sometimes answering the queries took longer but generally everything is available online.

It was close to the city center, and the train and bus stations were nearby. There was a supermarket nearby, and tourist attractions were within walking distance. I was also happy that the room was fully equipped with cooking utensils and had a large refrigerator. Furthermore, the woman at the front desk spoke Japanese, which made me feel at ease. I would like to stay here again when I visit.

As many of the other reviews pointed out, the photos of the room were not wholly accurate. My room seemed pretty outdated and was quite dark too. Take note: the curtains do not cover the entire length of the windows, so sunlight flooded the room from 6am in April, so I wouldn’t recommend in the Summer months when daylight is longer. The shower curtain does not go all the way down and water easily escapes so the entire bathroom floor will be wet after you shower. I was very creeped out by the dark ominous hallways with huge room number signs and random music playing at certain times of the day. Other than that, the room was clean enough and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a mini fridge and that they changed the towels everyday. There is body soap, shampoo, and conditioner, but when I stayed there was no shampoo or conditioner at all and they didn’t top it up either throughout my stay. I accidentally left behind a card in my room after checking out and politely asked if they could help mail it to the neighbouring city I had moved on to, but they asked 20€ for it which I felt was quite unreasonable and they were rude about it too.

No kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.

Located in the old town, it was incredibly convenient for taking breaks between sightseeing. The bathroom is a bit small, but the water pressure is fine. We were very satisfied with the price, especially since breakfast was included. The building itself is also very charming with its pastel colors.

The room is self-check-in, and the entry password will be issued at 1 pm! So there was no way to store luggage before that! However, you may be able to contact the hotel in advance with what's app to put your luggage in, but because I didn't expect to even enter the hotel door before, the hotel does not have a counter (yes, the room password and the door password are the same, that is, I will give you in the afternoon) I didn’t manage to leave my luggage, so I just took it. The hotel is relatively biased. It is about 20 minutes' drive from the center of Tallinn. There is a bus stop at the door. You can take the bus No. 23 directly to the city center/long-distance bus station. However, the train is about 20 minutes. There are fewer buses to choose from. The traffic mobility is a little bit worse. But other than that, the hotel facilities are very, very good! With 2 bottles of water, there is a big TV to watch, and the room is very new, the shower hot water is very sufficient, the bathroom is also very spacious, the hot bath is very comfortable! As if there is plenty of time, and the quality of accommodation is concerned, it is highly recommended overall! (In addition, although the hotel does not have a counter, what's app is very convenient to contact the hotel, and the self-check-in experience is not bad.)

Good location near Viru Gate a few steps. Very easy to find and easy access from the bus station by a tram no 4 or 2, then walk a little bit to the hotel. The room is good. The shower is great. Nice staff. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Tallinn.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. While it’s small and budget-friendly, it’s packed with character and charm. Great location just a few minutes from the bus station and a short stroll to everything in Tallinn’s Old Town. Staying here felt like stepping into a medieval castle. What it lacks in luxury, it makes up for in atmosphere and history. The winding staircases, uneven floors, richly patterned carpets add to its quirky appeal. There’s a real beauty in its imperfections. The rooms are very small and basic, but they were spotless and suited our needs. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was squeaky clean, and we received fresh towels daily, which was more than I expected at this price point. Overall, it was more than just a place to sleep, it was a memorable experience that made us feel like we’d stepped back in time.
