Overall, I'd give it a 9.5 out of 10. The biggest advantage: you won't find Aswan dirty, chaotic, or noisy while staying here. The guesthouse is located on a small island near Philae Temple, extremely quiet and beautiful. We originally planned to visit Aswan city or the Old Falls, but immediately changed our minds after checking in. We simply enjoyed tea and meals at the guesthouse, gazing at Lake Nasser and the distant Philae Temple – so pleasant! In the evening, we took the boat the owner booked to the temple, which went smoothly, eliminating the hassle of haggling over shared boat fares. The rooms were clean, the facilities were great, and the food was excellent. Areas for improvement: Considering the price, the cleanliness could be improved. I noticed the area under the toilet seat wasn't cleaned very thoroughly. Otherwise, everything was great.

This hotel is in the middle of the Nile River, which means that you need to drive a boat. The hotel has a boat. It is basically 200 pounds at a time, almost 30 RMB. It is mainly not hot and traffic jams. It should be 200 no matter how many people are. My friend and I are 100 per trip, and RMB 10 yuan. I heard that the more prosperous part of Aswan is the east bank of the Nile, but this is a small hotel in a Nubian village on the west bank of the Nile. If you have a chartered car, you can stay in the village to experience the Nubian culture (there is a section of road under construction into the village, it is not easy to walk and it is very dark at night). You can see the sunrise over the Nile when you go out in the morning. It is very quiet and the small village is also very beautiful. The service is particularly good. The breakfast (some bread, yogurt and boxed juice) will be packed for the morning meeting. There is an independent bathroom, but the light is dim, so I lowered my expectations. It is normal and good conditions in Egypt. At least it is clean, the bath water is hot, and it is not a problem to sleep in clothes for a night.
