3-Star Hotels in North Jakarta

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Gold Coast Seaview! I recently stayed for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. The facilities were impressive and truly comparable to those of a 5-star hotel. Everything I needed was available, making my stay both convenient and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The apartment is just minutes away from the vibrant culinary spots and shopping malls in PIK, giving guests easy access to great food, entertainment, and lifestyle attractions. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Clear instructions and an efficient system made everything effortless. Most importantly, the host was outstanding—friendly, responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made the entire experience even more memorable. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The room was super clean and cozy enough for a stay, and it even had a smart TV. The only downside was the pillow; it was too high 😭, so I actually slept better without it. The breakfast didn't have many varieties, but it was tasty. Overall, I loved my stay here.

Came here for a music festival that was happening right next door at JIEXPO. It was the PERFECT location because it's only a 3 min (I timed it) from the hotel to the entrance gate. The only reason I gave it low rating for the amenities is that they do not have an iron facility in the room, we can only iron our clothes in a dedicated place at the laundry room, that's a big hassle for me, esp as a solo traveller. Breakfast selection was also a let down but nothing big. Other than that, top notch in everything. Will definitely stay here, esp when attending music fests or concerts. Also there's a Starbucks adjacent to the hotel, so it'll fix your coffee craving if needed, but I didn't go the whole 3 days there.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I stepped in, I was struck by the immaculate and thoughtfully designed room. The attention to detail is superb, especially with the unique and stylish checkered pattern wall that added a real touch of character. The room felt incredibly tidy and welcoming, equipped with all the essentials like a very functional desk and chair, which was perfect for catching up on a bit of work. Everything from the comfortable bedding to the neat layout contributed to an extremely positive experience. If you're looking for a hotel that combines style with impeccable cleanliness and convenience, look no further!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room ambiance was very quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made my rest after a long day of activities incredibly high-quality. The facilities provided were very complete and functioned perfectly. The bathroom was clean, the bed was soft, and the Wi-Fi connection was very fast. Public areas like the lobby and other supporting facilities were also very well-maintained and hygienic. The service from the staff was also outstanding. The check-in and check-out process was very quick and efficient. All employees were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist guests with a smile. Highly recommended!

The hotel is easy to find. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We had a great experience in the hotel. I love their food, especially the Kwetiau ayam. I super enjoyed it

The parquet floor creaked constantly, and some sections felt loose. I couldn't find any rooms with a city view. The fitness facilities were very limited, but we were allowed to use Novotel's fitness center and swimming pool. The breakfast menu was good and quite varied.

Ozone Hotel Pantai Indah Kapuk offers a great budget-friendly stay in Jakarta. Guests appreciate the spotless rooms and incredibly convenient location. While spaces are compact, being situated near a supermarket and popular PIK attractions makes it perfect for travelers wanting a simple, comfortable, and highly accessible place to stay.

Bad review! A deposit of 250 yuan was inexplicably deducted! I booked 2 rooms, and another colleague booked 2 rooms. When we checked in that night, we were required to pay a deposit of 250 yuan per room before we could check in. We couldn't see anyone, so we had to transfer the money via WeChat. Then, probably because they used WeChat accounts from overseas, they kept saying it was a scam, so we didn't dare to transfer the money. He wouldn't give us the key without the deposit, and it took 40 minutes to get us all into the room. After checking out, another colleague was fined 500 yuan for smoking on the balcony. That colleague only paid a deposit of 250 yuan, but the deposit was deducted from me. It was so inexplicably cruel. The 332 yuan room instantly became 582. I was so angry.

Too far from the receptionist place to the room cos it’s in an apartment. U got room that available at the moment, so apparently it’s a different room in different apartments towers.
