Absolutely loved my stay at Shreemaya! From the moment I stepped in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere was palpable. The customer service here is truly the heart and soul of the hotel. Every staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, carried a smile and an eagerness to assist. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, ensuring that even the smallest of needs are met promptly and politely. The rooms were incredibly spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully maintained, providing a relaxing sanctuary after a long day. Another thing that stood out was the food.  We loved the breakfast spread - from poha-jalebi to paneer paratha, it was scrumptious! The attentive service in the dining area further enhanced the experience. It's clear that Shreemaya prioritizes both the comfort of its guests and the excellence of its culinary offerings. If you're looking for a hotel with impeccable hospitality, spacious and neat rooms, and truly amazing food, Shreemaya is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We stayed at sreemaya residency from 02-04 feb 25. The hotel is easily accessible in prime locality, 15-20minutes from airport. The rooms are superlative, with furnishing and facilities similar to a five star. The service is prompt and provided with a smile. We were provided early check in and late check-out, that made our stay comfortable. The food is good, although there is scope for improvement there. All in all, it was a memorable stay for us, and will like to go back there again.

Shopping destination is nearby, budget friendly, accessible

1. The property, fittings and amenities look quite old and worn out. 2. Bathroom (room no. 410) drainage was not proper and water was accumulating. 3. Food menu (both breakfast and dinner) is repetitive and same every day with little variation. Its quite boring.

Exceptional staff and service. Stayed there for 1 night, next day travelled to Omkareshwar. Staff extended their support for keeping our luggage bags in their locker for free.

My stay at hotel amar villas was good. It's centrally located hotel in indore on the main ab road. The rooms are spacious, and staff is also good. You can consider it for any business visit which you are doing in indore. And also for family functions

Room was good, stayed with my girl-friends, room service is also good with cooperative staff, location safe for girls, near chhappan dukan overall stay is good.

Hotwater amenities are terrible and in this cold weather. While furnitures are polished but upholsteries of chairs are very dirty. Not wiped or dry cleaned for long. Telephone no. Of Reception was written as 204 which caused confusion and irritation to other customer whose room ni. Was 204. It was later striked off. In contrast to poor facilities, the BEVAVIOUR AND POLITENESS OFBSTAFF AND RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT. --------- I Did not take photographs of the dirty chair cushions as it would have been highly damaging to Hotel. Please ask them to replace the cushions or at least clean it if possible.
