Awesome secret hot spring (this hotel is a member of the secret hot spring guard)! We stayed in the Tianquan room type. This hot spring hotel has an indoor bath and an open-air bath in every room. It was super enjoyable in the room. Dinner and breakfast were also delicious. It happened to be the red leaf season, so it was really beautiful! ! For those who love bathing, we also went to the large open-air hot spring pool which was very comfortable.

Staff nice, humble and customer-oriented Hotsping three choices, all private, one outdoor with attractive scenery. Dinner and breakfast served hot and fresh. Traditional japaneses style, appreciate. Room is spacious for one traveler. Convenient and nearby many tourist attractions in Kirishima in self driven car. To Kagoshima airport only about 28 mins self driving.

The hotel staff are warm and welcoming, the breakfast and dinner they serve are impressive and I personally think it is better than the hotel. The hotel has only five rooms, Shaodong has stayed in the United States, can speak fluent English, and the proprietress can also speak simple English. Everyone gossips homely, making people feel at home.

The hotel environment is very beautiful. It is recommended to check in early so that you can slowly enjoy all the facilities and the tranquility of nature! Unfortunately, the outdoor hot spring was out of order on the day we checked in, but the hotel gave us 2,000 yen per person as compensation. Indoor hot springs and outdoor private baths are also available. I highly recommend you to experience the outdoor hot spring! Be one with nature! The hotel's dinner and breakfast are also famous and good. It is recommended to enjoy them early and extend the eating time because the dishes are really too filling haha~

The room is super big and very new. I know Japanese a little. The two responsible staff can be very friendly and detailed in Japanese to explain check-in, borrow family style, meal time and other details, and feel at home. The most worth mentioning is the food of one berth and two meals. From dinner to breakfast, you can eat the quality of the ingredients, the cooking heart, the portion is also satisfying, not too full and tired, everything is just right.

The environment is good. Maybe it’s because of winter, but there’s no loud noise. It’s quite peaceful. In order to not have to look for food around, I decisively decided to stay there and have two meals. Dinner was Kaiseki cuisine. I always thought I had a big appetite. Good guy. I'm so full of this meal! Although the portions are small, they add up to a small amount 😂😂. The breakfast is also good and beautiful, but the soup is not good, it is too salty. You can have a cup of coffee after eating☕️. The single hot spring room can be used by families or couples alone. There is a shopping street next to it, so those who want to buy things can have multiple choices.

The hotel is not big but very beautiful, the service is good, the food is very delicious, and the hot spring mineral content is high. Thank you to the restaurant staff for their patient and friendly Chinese, English and Japanese services, and thank you to the front desk lady for helping us contact the bus down the mountain on a snowy day. I want to come to this hotel again. Highly recommended.
