The view was spectacular and the Osen was huge. It is indeed a bit aged but it is also well maintained. The dinner was alright but not impressive yet the buffet breakfast was full of choices overall good.

The hotel is located next to a beautiful cedar forest. The rooms have just been renovated and are very clean and comfortable. The hotel has the largest hot spring bath in Japan, with a faint smell of sulfur, two meals per stay, and exquisite cuisine. It is the first choice for accommodation in Kirishima.
