CchaisriramTThe male and female staff were very polite and always greeted guests. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day. The room was clean, the bed was very large and comfortable. It was very convenient to walk to Shwedagon Pagoda, and I also enjoyed the atmosphere of the local market in the mornings and evenings in front of the hotel.

JJackyChuangThe facilities were all great, and the staff were very friendly. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited! The food at the restaurant in the evening was also delicious, but it's a shame they stop serving at 10 PM.

焦焦Breakfast is very rich every day, and every day is different, this must be liked. The environment is relatively good. Relatively many hotels in the same category say that it is much quieter. The service was not even said, the hotel waiter even put my dirty clothes in a neat stack and put them away. Thank you here. The tip was originally reserved for the waiter, but was rejected. One more thing, breakfast can be delivered to the room, which is not available in similar hotels.

AAnonymous UserBalmi Hotel is located in the heart of the city, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was reasonably clean, offering a comfortable stay.
However, I did encounter an issue that needs attention. I spotted two small cockroaches during my stay. While this did not ruin my experience, it needs to improve pest control measures. Addressing this would greatly enhance the overall quality of the stay.
Despite this, Balmi has a lot to offer and could easily be a top choice for travelers once this issue is resolved.

GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a place near the airport this hotel is good. Apart from that there’s nothing else. The staff are friendly though and there’s a free shuttle bus which is about 5 minutes to the airport. The breakfast starts at 6 am. Nothing fancy though but it’s not bad. This hotel is average in terms of the quality.

PPiaofudexin❤️The room was quite big, but there were too many ants. I went there for the swimming pool, but when I got to the hotel I found out that it was not open, which was really disappointing. The air conditioner was too noisy, and it actually worked after I slapped it a few times. 😂

GGuest UserLocation is really good. Shwedagon Pagoda is not far away. There is a convenience store near the hotel, and it's a resident area, so you can see street food and sell lots of fruits. If you walk a little, you'll find a big mart and a fast food restaurant. The room I stayed was really spacious and satisfied !! Especially good for three people. Three beds, two bathrooms, and an outside glass view.
