3-Star Hotels in Cebu City

The room was quite spacious! There was plenty of space to unpack our luggage, a comfortable sofa to relax on, and a large bed – no complaints there! However, we did encounter a small cockroach midway through our stay, which we dealt with ourselves, haha. I guess you just have to expect bugs everywhere in Southeast Asia, so it's understandable.

This hotel was a great value for the price, and it even included a simple breakfast. I booked last minute, and they were kind enough to give me a large room, which I really appreciated. It's a good choice for a one-night stay. While the facilities are a bit dated, they were perfectly adequate.

The Hotel and staff did really well during the Sinulog festival! They organised workshop and provided gifts and souvenirs. It is also very close to one of the main festival areas. The only disappointment was the kaldereta we ordered from the kitchen which was ridiculously small amount (1 piece of meat). However there are many restaurants nearby. Hairdryer needs extra payment of 100 peso per night.

Room was clean and nice The bathroom though had a few cracks under the sink and the cement was falling on the floor Overall, still pretty good Service is top notch! From our early check in from Marj to Tonie's utmost concern for me (i have an injury and he was always helping me around and checking on me), plus attention to detail at the resto when we had and lastly, late check ou and additional free amenities after checking out, it felt like we were long staying guests with the care and service that they showed us (we only stayed overnight!) Would stay here again given the chance

Staff: Everyone is nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.  Bed: Not sure if it’s only my bed, but near board area, it keeps on creating a creaking sound disturbing other guests.  -Clean and comfy Aircon: A bit hot, not sure if someone keeps changing the aircon temp, get sweaty sometimes.  Recommendation - noticed some guests doesn’t care about people sleeping in the area and just casually talking inside for a long time. 2 young foreign girls, having a love story during my sleep :D, anyway, please remind your guest to be quite at all times and have their chats and snacks outside or in the lobby.

The place is nice, with wide space for couple. Shampoo with conditioner, hand lotion and handwash were provided, also toothbrush with tothpaste. Coffee with creamer and kettle were proviided everyday too. Daily cleaning was done even without request, but dirts on the floor were not well swept. I reuested for a double bed and was granted. Bed, pillows and blankets were comfortably soft. Pool is wide and the roofdeck is accessible, with breathtaking view. Elevator takes time, matbe due to many guests. It's located near bus stations, at the IT park where you can easily ride to places in the city. Overall, a vert satisfactory stay.

Bathroom small and musty main shower unit leaked And sprayed water All over just ended up using the hand held shower complementary Soap shampoo and tooth brush Not really very hot water the hotel is showing signs of ageing especially in the bathroom the breakfast was good and tasty but took a long time to receive it due to high room service orders staff very friendly and polite okay for a couple of nights room rate was good.

The staff were very kind, helping with luggage and showing me where to refill my water bottle. As for the bathroom, there's no shower curtain, but the water pressure isn't strong enough for water to splash everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some small rust spots, though.

The sink is too small and no amenities. The room is clean and comfy. The description on the website is inaccurate. The toilet is old. The location is good since it's near sm seaside and fastfood chain. But yeah no amenities like toothbrush, free water and toothpaste, soap and shampoo. Also the main area smells like dogs and you can really hear the dogs running in the halls

Our stay in Richmond Plaza Hotel was excellent, i just want to suggest that we wish they would have hair blower, Kettle inside the room thats all. the staff are nice alsooooo kudos!
