3-Star Hotels in Puerto Princesa

Our stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

Super na-enjoy ko ang stay ko sa Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊 Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort. Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹 Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa. Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨

Perhaps the most underrated hotel in Puerto. It is clean and quiet with friendly staff and is excellent value for money. The fitness room needs some TLC, but apart from that, it was perfect. Thank you, guys. See you again next time.

Very nice high-class hotel with a stunning location: opposite SM Mall! Very friendly reception crew too. I rented a motorbike thru the reception and I was able to go sightsee at my leisure. Loved the outdoor swimming pool too.

+ close to airport (2 km) Staff Good WiFi  - Loud if you have window to the street (we booked room with window and didn’t get one but after talk to staff they corrected they mistake) Breakfast is à la carte but if we didn’t get what we choose, no time in the morning for redo so we ate it but disappointing (plus only juice or tea/coffee for choice - we choose juice as coffee looked weird and it was box water with sugar noting fresh)

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our 2 kids. The beach is Amazing and very fun to walk and discover during low tide. Hundreds of starfish, crabs and fishes. Service is good, but the restaurant takes some time to get the food and it's somewhat overpriced. The pool area is well maintained and there are some nice drinks by the pool bar. We also took a trip to the nearby islands, which is highly recommended. We're on a 4 month holiday so this was a short stop before continuing to Astoria and then further to El Nido. 3-4 nights is enough to stay here.

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

I highly appreciate how accommodating their staffs were. From front desk to restaurant and hotel staff, everyone was willing to assist. They have partners for transport and spa services. They were also not that strict, and allowed us to bring in food and drinks, or have outside food delivered, which made our stay all the more comfortable. Rooms are clean. Comfy beds. AC was perfectly working. Spacious bathrooms, with water heater. These are the things that are really important for me, and they met my expectations. I will definitely consider staying with them again the next time we visit puerto prinsesa.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

Great place! Very peaceful away from the heat, hustle and bustle. Fantastic pools mostly shaded too. The rooms were modern, well designed and definitely nicer than the Hue hotel. Also plus they upgraded our room at no charge. Great breakfast included. Super friendly and helpful staff. They stored our luggage for a couple days no problem. Highly recommended! and well worth the extra distance.
