Our stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.
Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

Super na-enjoy ko ang stay ko sa Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊
Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort.
Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹
Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa.
Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨

the9thchickenThey know how to do good work despite only have been in operation for a month. It's not far from the beautiful and lively Lio beach or a quick ride to the town centre. Though situated in a slightly remote location surrounded by construction sites and dirt roads, their reception is spotless! Not a speck of dust on their floor (and while there's the occasional footprint from the damp earth, it gets cleaned pretty quickly). First time entering the room had such a homey charm and welcoming feeling you just feel happy. And yes, they are replicating a more outdoor adventure feel so do expect some bugs and in the semi-outdoor bathroom (just keep the door closed to avoid them from the bedroom). The amenities are sparkly new, its a fresh vibe and their breakfast is excellent together with lovely staff.
Just beware the water needs routine pumping (though this might change later once things are in motion) so there's a small window of 20 minutes where there's no water, usually around the 5pm mark. And there's still a smell of sewage in the bathroom.
But really, it was so lovely to stay here. Highly recommend them!

Nice hotel and a great location. It was a good experience overall, but the room needed a refresh and we had ants in our room. The couch, curtains, and table cloth needed a really good cleaning, or even better, replacing. Not important for us, but we didn't see an elevator. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as they let us have our free breakfast for dinner as we were leaving very early in the morning.

We only stayed here for 2 nights on arrival to PP, then headed to El Nido by van after a visit to the underground river. Staff organised our tour and transport. facilities were brilliant, staff were freindly and efficient. Food was scrumptious. Pool area is beautiful at night. room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Puma64Great place! Very peaceful away from the heat, hustle and bustle. Fantastic pools mostly shaded too. The rooms were modern, well designed and definitely nicer than the Hue hotel. Also plus they upgraded our room at no charge. Great breakfast included. Super friendly and helpful staff. They stored our luggage for a couple days no problem. Highly recommended! and well worth the extra distance.

OlesiastaryginaIf this hotel were within walking distance of shops and cafes, its price would definitely be x2. It's very green, quiet, and cozy 👍.
We stayed for 2 nights. The room has everything you need, even a sewing kit.
The room is very spacious 🔥. The swimming pool is a definite plus, as there are no beaches nearby.
It's a 15-minute tricycle ride to the airport.
I recommend it! 👍

swedish_family_stockholmWe had a lovely stay for 3 nights with our 2 kids. The beach is Amazing and very fun to walk and discover during low tide. Hundreds of starfish, crabs and fishes. Service is good, but the restaurant takes some time to get the food and it's somewhat overpriced. The pool area is well maintained and there are some nice drinks by the pool bar. We also took a trip to the nearby islands, which is highly recommended.
We're on a 4 month holiday so this was a short stop before continuing to Astoria and then further to El Nido.
3-4 nights is enough to stay here.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.
