Great
喵喵子呀A small independent villa with a natural oxygen bar, a room is an independent space, quiet and beautiful, especially suitable for emptying yourself. It is 2 kilometers away from the Pai night market. The owner is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to pick you up every time. Of course, you can also rent a small motorcycle to ride! The owner is a local and speaks English. The house is a typical Thai-style wood house. Remember to take off your shoes when you enter and leave the house. If you go to live in Pai, I really recommend you to experience it~ The room is very clean, you can hear the birds calling in the morning, and breakfast It’s you who got up and the boss did it now~ that day sitting on the small balcony during the day, watching the boss and his wife take care of the yard, making grass and so on, and there are 3 puppies running around, hoping to get old. You can find a place like this~
DDottyDotGood location as it is along a rural road. Very quiet but village dogs bark quite a bit.
My room is very spartanly furnished. Nowhere to hang clothes up in the room.
Bathroom is very basic but clean. The toilet roll offered is top quality in Thailand.
Front desk reception is not manned as the staff is always in the kitchen area.
Good masseur on-site. Got a great 2-hour massage to ease away my knots and tightness. Hot spring tub available for a good soak.
SSilverfootI stayed here for a few nights in November 2025. It is a family run business and the mother of the owner is normally the one that takes care of the place. It is located in the countryside and you can expect to see and hear chickens and other animals. While the cottages are a walkable distance (2km) from the town, you are much better off renting a scooter if staying here. The cottages are quaint, but not the best construction. You can see many places where the concrete walls are cracking. Also, sometimes the doors don't closes correctly, but overall, I found the place to be comfortable. The TV in the rooms is quite small and old, but they do have an HDMI port to use a fire stick with. The water pressure is good and the hot water heater works. The bathroom is small and everything is contained in one area so you will get the toilet and everything wet when showering. You can see a walk through review I did on youtube.
GGuest UserThe location is great for someone who wants to not be in the busy center of Pai but not to be very Far from it(12 minutes walk).
As for the room they were great but there were 2 things that weren’t very good.
1.shower water didn’t get very hot and was lukewarm.
2.the finishing of the room is not good, the walls are not plastered and painted well, the floor is part concrete, and there are tubes all over the room.
As for the resort it was beautiful, with a lovely pool and garden.
GGuest UserThe hotel lays quiet in a big green area but if there is a neighbor in the attached bungalow one can hear every word. Room and bathroom are big. The door should be from wood and not special glass. The breakfast is good, but when there is a buffet, very minimum choise, only good for Thais (no milk, no fruits, no meat), coffee in paperbox.
WWin ShweIt was such a great stay there. We can even watch the sunrise from our room. The environment is quiet and clean. There is no rental service around there, but uncle dropped us in town to rent a motorbike by his car and it was free service. There’s free coffee, bread, and fruits and you can get as much as you want. You can make BBQ yourself also. We accidentally burned the plates and we asked to pay for them, but they refused to be paid. It’s worth to stay there compared with the price.
AAtillaIt is a beautiful building complex with a very nice style and looks beautiful. In terms of location it is also perfect just outside the busy center and still within walking distance. Be careful that there is a school next door and during the day you hear some noises but I don't find it disturbing. I had a nice terrace, ideal for doing nothing.
Everything is quite outdated. For example, the doors and screens of the terrace are difficult to open. The shower does not really get warm if you turn the tap on hard. And the floor moves when the neighbors walk next to it. So it is also quite noisy but in my 6 days I have not had any problems. Everyone is aware of that I think.
At breakfast you can choose one thing from the menu and the chef tries to make it as soon as possible but after 9 o'clock it gets busy and he can't really handle it.
All in all a very nice place with nice staff.
GGuest UserExcellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.
AAfroSaxonLovely retreat off the beaten track. Great location for quiet relaxing trip. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountain backdrop. The rooms are big and well decorated. There is a large swimming pool on premises. Breakfast was ok. Nothing too fancy: bread, coffee/tea, with boiled or fried eggs. Cereal also available with fruits.
NNatalya*This place was amazing. The location was perfect, edge of the walking street to jump into town but still soooo peaceful! The river is right in your backyard with great view. The restaurant is so lovely to sit on the river too. Not the best food but good enough for breakfast. The host was very helpful running both. I got extra pillows I requested. I would only ask that they add a mattress topper as I sleep on my side and it would upgrade the beds a bit but otherwise very comfy and fun to be in a tree house. Def would come again
