The room was spacious and decorated warmly and lovelyly. The front desk staff were very welcoming and told us that for $28 we could get a hotel amenities package, which included three drinks, a water glass, and free parking—a very attractive feature in the city center. It was excellent value for money.

I was looking for a hotel close to a friend's house and took a chance on the Best Western Plus. The area I was in is known to me and frankly, I wasn't looking forward to staying in that area, but I am glad I did. The hotel is only two floors and as it is an older property it was suggested that I stay on the second floor for less noise. I did stay there during the week so that may have helped with the noise level. The room was very clean and the view to the golf course was very nice. The complimentary breakfast was very good, make your own pancakes via the machine in the photos listed. A washer and dryer, coin operated, was available for use. A gym and a small snack area were also available. **They do not have a shuttle, but are still close to the airport and right on the golf course. A Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub were close by. I was told to try the pub, but thought I would go in for some American-style Chinese. Give it a miss. I should have. Irish next time. ***QUICK NOTE*** Wi-fi IS available in the rooms. In the description it read only in the common areas, but it is free and available in the guest rooms. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Easy check in, customer friendly and nice. No lift, must carry luggage up stairs to the room (2 bedroom penth house), level 1 is king size bed with table and chair with ensuite toilet, upstairs is queen size bed with ensuite toilet. Room is big with kitchen,electric hob, pot, bowl, plate, fork, spoon, knife, chopping board, pepper, salt, dish wash detergent, A lot of hanger for clothes, got iron board and iron, washing clothes is usd 3 per wash for 30mins and dryer is usd 3 per dry for 60 mins. Can Request for basket to put Washed clothes on dry clothes in basket, get it from reception. Everyday got breakfast, good variety, fruit juice, milk, coffee, chocolate milk, normal milk, yogurt, takeaway nicely packed burger jimmy Dean burger), pancake, has brown, scrambled egg, hard boiled egg, meat patty, black bean, vegetable (corn, carrot, green bean, long bean), got garnish and miso soup, quaker oat with different flavours. Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!

Stayed at this location for an overnight layover. Very, very close to the hotel. More space than what I needed for an overnight stay, but was comfortable with satisfactory breakfast options. My only complaint is that the foot stool looked disgusting, but thankfully I didn't need it. Kitchen was fully equipped.

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

The hotel is relatively quiet, the city center of Rio is very close, walking within about 10 minutes, the hotel facilities are very good, and relatively clean, in Auburn is a better hotel.

Since the flight was canceled, the airline arranged a hotel for us. It was 6 miles from the airport and had a shuttle bus service, so it was quite convenient. The room was quite large, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast at the American restaurant on the first floor was to our liking, but the dinner we ordered wasn't to our taste, which was a waste of our meal voucher. There was also an Indian restaurant, but we didn't try it this time.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I booked this hotel for just a sleep over the night as the layover time was too long. So location and the shuttle bus were very important. However, The airport shuttle was a bit inconvenient. There was no attention and services to accommodate the guests’s departure. There were too many people who had to get on the shuttle and the shuttle was not almost unable to accommodate us all. Some had to sit on the floor and squeeze in between seats. It would have been convenient if the staff checked the departure time/need of the shuttles when the guests checked in so that they could have been arranged the shuttles sufficiently and efficiently.

The room was very clean and newly decorated, and there was enough space for two large suitcases. The toilet is not in the room and you need to go out of the public area, which is not a big problem. There is a laundry room and kitchen on the first floor, with tableware, kitchen utensils and oven.
