Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, and the cleaning was thorough. Service: The driver for the hotel's airport shuttle was rather rude. Because I mispronounced the hotel name (Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express), the driver gave me a lot of complaints. This needs improvement. Environment: The room was quite clean, and I had a good rest. Facilities: The breakfast was decent, and there were also snacks available for purchase.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location for events at the Lenovo Center! Our room was spotless. My main concern was the bedding. The heavier blanket looked just like in the picture. When I asked the hotel staff about it, they said it’s a feathered blanket, and when it gets wet, the feathers stick together, causing this appearance.

Kelly at customer service was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to help us check in a little early- which was greatly appreciated after a long drive with a toddler in tow! We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area because of the customer service - and will ask for Kelly!

Great stay! Friendly atmosphere! Heated pool and hot tub were nice and my kids loved it! They also enjoyed “working out” in the fitness area. Would stay again if we are back that way!

The hotel is clean and tidy. The facilities are also very complete, the coffee cups are of good quality, and the restaurant bar downstairs has a variety of drinks. The service is also in place. The sanitary environment is very clean, especially the bathroom has no odor. Parking is very convenient. The reception service at the front desk is warm and in place.

Room was clean, and the staff was friendly. All around a good stay with no issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jasmine. Jasmine made sure we were able to stay on the same floor as my other family members. The parking was perfect. The pool was warm and clean with the exception of a few leaves. The breakfast was okay, not the best choices of food but decent. The only issue we had was trying to navigate the sofa bed (user error). Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The staff and their services offered are truly amazing. Very supportive even when notified the hotel was overbooked when we arrived in the scheduled time. We are well located to another hotel with helpful instructions and arrangements. We got upgraded to a better room and appreciate for the hotel support.
