I stayed here for five nights during the Spring Festival and never got tired of it. The cat in the loft room is very happy and jumps up and down. When we first checked in, we could still smell something like 🐶 as soon as we entered the room and on the pet mat on the second floor (because we have a dog at home, but we didn't bring it out this time), but it didn't affect us much. Later, it either dissipated or we got used to it. The door of the room leads directly to the outdoors, so it is a bit cold when you open the door in winter. Also, it is easy to dirty the floor once you enter the room, and small animals are running around in the house, so you have to pay more attention, change your shoes quickly, and wipe them clean. The cleaning lady provides sufficient supplies every day, which is a very good feeling. It saves the trouble of calling and having them delivered if something is missing, and the place is also kept very clean. It might be too cold a few days before the Spring Festival. It was very cold at night on the first floor of tatami. The warm air from the air conditioner could not reach there, and there was no floor heating there, so people could not sleep there. After a few days the temperature came up and everything was fine. I don’t know if they can install floor heating or other heating measures there in the future. I will stay there again and hope it gets better.

Getting around was super convenient, with a dedicated shuttle service for hotel guests. A hotel staff member even came to our room to help inflate our child's swimming ring ❤️ The front desk staff also kindly helped us print some papers ❤️ They even managed to find and mail back a toy our child had lost! ❤️ The hotel's attention to detail is truly amazing. Just got back from a vacation at Yutian Qilihai, and I have to give it a rave review! Traveling with kids this time, I was most worried about the service and the kids' enjoyment, but it completely exceeded my expectations! First, the service: It truly made us feel at home! From check-in, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful, answering every question with remarkable efficiency. The housekeeper even added me on WeChat ahead of time to let me know what to do. And finally, the kids' water fun: This is a dream destination for water lovers! Our little water monster had a blast! The resort has so many water activities: various courtyard pools, a giraffe 🦒 water village, and the kids had plenty to do all day without having to go to the island. The water seemed clean, and the lifeguards were very responsible and on duty, making it reassuring for parents to watch over them. The kids played from morning till night, and couldn't be pulled away. I probably even dreamed of paddling in the water! The fireworks during the fireworks festival were also amazing. Summary: If you're a family with children, especially one with a water-loving child, Yutian Qilihai Resort is definitely worth a visit! The attentive service is worry-free, and the water park is large and fun enough for kids to let loose while adults can relax and enjoy their vacation. We're already planning a return trip! My love for Rushihai has grown even stronger. Before my trip, I called and got in touch, and they meticulously arranged everything from location and vehicle information to activity registration, room selection, and other check-in procedures. After checking in, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast and staff registration. At check-out, they even helped with the payment process. The whole experience was incredibly detailed and attentive, with quick responses and extremely proper arrangements for everything. The park facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's lawn everywhere you look. The beach and sea are spotless, and each visit brings new artistic sculptures, making it perfect for photos. It's very pet-friendly, with a well-designed pet park area and well-maintained facilities. I can't wait to come back to Rushihai soon!

The surrounding areas of Changli Hotel are very convenient to get in and out of. The hotel rooms are very comfortable and clean. The rooms have some intelligent designs, such as voice control of lights and curtains. The hotel restaurant also has machine intelligent service. The breakfast and restaurant dishes are also delicious.
