The rooms are well-equipped, and the staff are highly professional. I looked at several hotels in Xuexiang, and Snow Mountain Snow Hotel really stands out. The breakfast selection is rich, the room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable. Overall, it's excellent value for money and a very satisfying experience. Thumbs up!👍

This hotel boasts the best location within the scenic area, hands down. It's right where the park shuttle drops you off! The hotel itself is incredibly spacious and very clean, and the hotel manager was exceptionally attentive. They offer a one-stop service for accommodation and dining, and the price for their 'Iron Pot Stew' is comparable to what you'd find in Harbin.

Staying at Xueyun Holiday Hotel did not step on thunder, the location in the scenic area is excellent, a few steps to the transfer station and ski resort. The butler is intimate to help with luggage, recommend food, the room is hygienic without dead ends, the facilities are practical, and the floor heating is also powerful.

When I booked this hotel, it had a 4.5 rating, but the very next day, it dropped to 4.1. This was both my biggest worry and my biggest pleasant surprise! The environment is very clean, and the facilities are brand new. I saw some comments about a strange smell, but there was absolutely none. Opening the window revealed a stunning snow view – absolutely beautiful! The hotel's food prices are also quite reasonable; compared to a small chicken stew with mushrooms costing 188 at Changbai Mountain, 88 here is perfectly acceptable. Transportation is very convenient, with a shuttle bus right outside the door. The house manager was also excellent, resolving questions and providing timely assistance, truly top-notch service. The main thing is that the room environment is genuinely good, making me feel like a hidden gem has been discovered. My husband had previously stayed in Xuexiang and was prepared for a less-than-ideal experience, but even he praised the hotel room when we entered. Perhaps because we were on the ground floor, the room's heating was just right – it was the most comfortable night's sleep we had on our entire Northeast trip.

The owner is very particular, and the big red padded jackets in the store are definitely worth checking out for a photo op. The walls need some maintenance, and there's no air conditioning. The floor heating gets quite warm, and the windows are of average quality, letting in a bit of a draft at night, making it a bit chilly. We slept with our heads facing outwards on the *kang* (heated brick bed). The night view is beautiful, and the 'splashing water into ice' activity is a lot of fun, costing 5 yuan per person. Things within the scenic area are quite expensive; frozen pears, for instance, are 5 yuan each in a less central area of Harbin's Central Street.
