In addition, I had dinner at the hotel and ordered two hours in advance. The menu was beautifully handwritten, but there were no prices or pictures. It was like a blind spot when ordering. After ordering, I was told that the price of the previous dishes was wrong and too expensive. A big piece of it, which leaves one speechless. Finally, the hotel service team ”exists in name only.” I made a mistake about the number of days I would stay when I checked in. I found out later but didn't update my room card. After returning from an afternoon trip, I found that the room had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk to come later, but in the end they didn't come until we went to bed. This is really a flaw and unacceptable. Two stars for service: one for the shuttle bus driver to Tofu Village and one for the friendly service staff. I sincerely hope that a hotel with such good conditions and design will not be ruined by such a dishonest service team.
