4-Star Hotels in Quanzhou

The breakfast was quite ample, offering coffee, tea, and snacks. Upon checkout, we received a souvenir and they helped us take our luggage to a spot where we could easily catch a taxi. Dining options nearby were convenient, and within walking distance, we could buy souvenirs and try the delicious Ginger Duck. The young man at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful in explaining tour routes and recommending places to eat. A big thank you to him! He was a very handsome, fair-skinned young man. Unfortunately, I'm getting older and forgot his name! So embarrassing! I arrived on March 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The room I booked was 50 square meters, on the 5th floor, with direct elevator access. It was spacious, tidy, and clean, with a nice color scheme for the decor. The bed was comfortable, and the duvet wasn't too heavy. I chose this hotel for three main reasons: 1. The room had ample space, with plenty of areas to place luggage (saving space), and the two chairs were a crucial addition. 2. Its location: within the ancient city, making transportation relatively convenient. We could reach major attractions by taking the scenic shuttle bus. 3. It's very close to Guandi Temple, just an 8-minute walk, which was perfect for enjoying the temple's beautifully lit night view. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning a few things: the storage shelves were a great solution for increasing storage space, the touch-activated call button was clean and convenient, and it's rare to see a storage rack in the shower area, which was excellent. The shower water pressure was good, the drain worked perfectly with no odors, and the exhaust fan was very powerful. All in all, I'm very satisfied! And I'm so glad I chose this place. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with my child during the May Day holiday. Yongchun doesn't have any 5-star hotels, so I chose this one. The hotel entrance isn't grand, but the garden setting is beautiful. The room was very spacious, and the smart toilet and tea table were thoughtful touches. The front desk staff were enthusiastic, and parking was convenient, making it suitable for a family vacation. The breakfast also featured some local Yongchun specialties. Overall, I was satisfied. A couple of suggestions: 1. For breakfast, there was no packaged yogurt, only the kind from a machine. I suggest offering packaged yogurt instead. 2. There was an argument among guests at the noodle station due to the queuing order. I understand the chef works hard, but I suggest the hotel improve its management, for example, by giving out number tags and calling numbers, so guests don't have to constantly watch if their noodles are ready.

This used to be the Quanzhou Evening News staff dormitory, but it's now been beautifully revitalized 🪄. The old architecture and new aesthetics blend perfectly, and each room is named after a Song dynasty poem 📖. The bedding is comfortable, it's quiet at night, and I fell asleep instantly! The mini-bar is fully stocked, with drinks 🥤 in the fridge, and a lovely basket of snacks and fruit. The coffee shop downstairs is excellent, and guests get two complimentary coffees ☕ a day – I love these thoughtful details. In your free time, you can visit the aromatherapy studio to make your own incense and experience the intangible cultural heritage of traditional incense making. You could easily spend a whole day just enjoying the guesthouse itself. Right outside, you can hop on Quanzhou's unique 'Little White Car' mini-bus 🚌, and it's not far to walk to popular areas either 🚶. When you have some free time, you can head to the common area on the first floor to chat with the host over tea. The service is incredibly attentive and detailed, truly making you feel right at home. I'll definitely be back to stay again.

This is my second stay here, and one excellent improvement is that the breakfast is much richer than my first visit, offering a variety of Quanzhou local snacks. The hotel environment is very clean, and the facilities are well-equipped. The room is spacious and very comfortable to stay in. There's free parking, which is very convenient. The service is beyond words – enthusiastic, efficient, and they practically fulfill every request! The front desk lady even upgraded my room without me asking, and I received a complimentary souvenir upon checkout, which was an absolute surprise. I'll definitely be back!

I didn't have high hopes for a guesthouse in the ancient city, but the moment I opened the door, I was amazed by the view from the floor-to-ceiling window. The front desk must have upgraded my room, thank you so much! The room was spacious and very clean, I was really happy with it. The location is also super convenient; whether you're taking a taxi or a 'xiaobai' (electric rickshaw), you just walk a few steps into the alley to get there. It's only about a ten-minute walk to Chengtian Temple and Guyong Alley. The only minor flaw was a slight odor from the bathroom drain, probably due to the age of the building.

Our overall stay was fantastic! The location was easy to find, the room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. Xiao Zheng at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The hotel facilities were complete, and the soundproofing was excellent. It offered incredible value for money, making it very convenient for exploring. We'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Quanzhou Overseas Chinese Hotel, an established four-star hotel, boasts an absolutely unbeatable location right in the heart of the ancient city. You can easily walk to West Street, Kaiyuan Temple, and Guanyue Temple from here, and parking for those driving is also very convenient. The breakfast deserves a five-star rating; in addition to standard fare, it offers a complete selection of local snacks like Mianxian paste and vinegar-marinated pork. The staff are attentive and responsive, and they even offer complimentary Minnan sweet soup every evening. Plus, guests receive a small souvenir cup upon check-in. Situated in the center of Citong City, you can wake up to enjoy a special breakfast downstairs, then leisurely stroll through the old city's streets and alleys – making your travels both worry-free and comfortable. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Quanzhou.

I'd never heard of this hotel before. It's right across from the carnival, and I heard it was newly opened, so I decided to give it a try. It exceeded my expectations! The overall experience was comparable to a five-star hotel. I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and everything else. The shower water pressure was great, very comfortable. I hope they can maintain this level of quality. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm back in Fujian, and I've also recommended it to my friends.
