Location was easy access to all places, quieter street compared to other busy location. Love the smell of the entrance and their shampoos. Staff are very helpful even though we’re communicating in different languages, especially xiao ling the staff are super friendly , helpful and offered help to fit our needs

I love Atour hotels. This hotel is older than others I’ve stayed at. The room didn’t smell nice and there were some hairs on the floor, which I hate. Plus some parts if the sink looked like they’re rusty and not clean. The other things are fine. The bed is comfortable, it was quite at night and the check in was smooth.

Great hotel—anticipated need, provide exceptional service When checking in, front desk 西袖provided necessary information like aircon tuning tips that makes our stay more comfortable. She also recommended a lunch place nearby that turned out to be a highly recommended eatery. The hotel provided, besides welcome drinks and snacks, little things like dry shampoo, dental floss sticks etc in a ‘treasure chest’ very thoughtful. Most impressive is the laundry room. It is so well equipped that many hotels pale in comparison. Besides washer, dryer that a provided free for use, they even provide free detergents, not just for machines but also hand wash. The room comes with a basin for hand washing and steamer and normal iron. It also install sofa for guest to wait comfortably. Only suggestion is to brighten the room more. The hotel is well situated. With 5 minutes walk to Wanda. The room cost includes the breakfast and supper, thus it is not more expensive and definitely value for money. The breakfast spread is enough to cater to international palate. I also like that all the quanzhou snacks that everyone raved about is served here and quite well done. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting quanzhou. In fact, I myself is actively seeking out hotels of the same brand when moving to next destination

The location is convenient. It only costs a little over 10 yuan to take a taxi to the old town. It is very convenient to go to other places in the city without being stuck in traffic in the old town. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there are several convenience stores, so it is also convenient to buy things. The front desk staff is warm and polite. I sat and rested in the lobby, and soon brought water. There is a self-service bar in the lobby where you can make flower tea and coffee. The bedding of Atour is really amazing. I have never used such a comfortable pillow and quilt in a hotel. I slept very well every time in Quanzhou. I once wanted to have the same room as the hotel. There are free drinks every day. The breakfast is very rich and very satisfying.

Xiamenair is near a food street which opens late into the night. It takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Old Town attractions. Better to get a taxi or didi e-hailing. The staff was very helpful. Fruits and light snacks are provided in the evening/night at the lift lobby on every floor. The sleep was excellent. It wasn’t noisy at all in my room facing the street. Hot water shower and the air conditioning work very well. I used CNY500 as cash deposit. But the service staff was kind to return me the deposit without having to wait too long.

Although it is on the main street, the accommodation room is extended to the inside, which is very quiet and comfortable. About 20 meters away from the door are West Street, Kaiyuan Temple, Bell Tower and other attractions. 🏆Hotel service: Thoughtful and thoughtful, the shopkeepers prepared hand-drawn maps in advance, and they said everything they knew. If there are any problems, they can be responded to and solved immediately. The hotel is decorated in a clear and atmospheric manner, very clean and comfortable. After staying here, I thought about what to say. I must give a good review. Because I am not sure how many days I will stay in Quanzhou, I booked one day first. Just when the room was not tight, I asked if I could upgrade the room and was very happy to get a very satisfactory room. The overall facilities are very new and comprehensive, the environment is very good, in the busiest West Street, there are a lot of food! It is not noisy at night. The key is that the reviews before placing the order say that it is very, very clean. After actually checking in, it is true that Chinese people do not lie to Chinese people! I usually go out to stay in a hotel and I am used to using disinfectant wipes to wipe the desktop armrest switches, etc. This one is really spotless without exaggeration! I was in a good mood at the time~ There is also a washing machine and dryer upstairs, and no one uses it. I washed all the dirty clothes from the previous few days of travel comfortably. It is worth mentioning that the attitude of the front desk is very, very good, especially the slightly fat brother, who ran up and down to help us get four bottles of water and reminded us to remember to close the windows when it rains at night. Although it is very narrow and difficult to drive into the street if you drive by yourself, you can park at the door of the homestay, and it is really convenient to rent a battery car as soon as you leave the door! I had a lot of fun these two days!

The hotel is in a great location, in the ancient city. The facilities are very advanced, comfortable and warm. The housekeepers Xiao Wu and Xiao Hao are very enthusiastic and polite. They actively ask if there is anything you need help with, which makes people feel very warm.

The location of the hotel is great, with delicious food nearby and close to the ancient city attractions. There is also a small white car at the entrance of the park, which is very convenient. We took a Didi from the high-speed rail station and it was great to go directly to the hotel entrance. When you step into the room, the warm and elegant decoration style makes you relax instantly. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries are very complete. It is quiet and comfortable at night, which allows me to get a full rest after being tired. Full marks!

I wasn't sure what to expect of a minsu since I have always stayed in conventional hotels and was pleasantly surprised with the overall stay. The room was spacious, functional and clean and had all the amenities as if it was a regular hotel. The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking but I slept like a baby every night. Only wished the 'study' table was bigger though. And do note that there is no lift but they have one for luggage, so that's still OK. It is located at the quieter side of Xi Jie and if one turns right and continue walking, you will find interesting/quaint/independent local food options and even a 'short-cut' to the 1916 Creative Industrial zone (I just followed the crowd) where I spent couple of hours exploring. Which is a nice reprieve from the usual sights e.g. Xi Jie, temples. All in all, would recommend!
