I held off on writing this review because I was so incredibly satisfied! So, so satisfied! This was my second trip to Xingyi, and I convinced my international friends to choose Wanfenglin over Yangshuo. This hotel made our trip perfect from start to finish. The staff were all efficient, warm, and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a car rental, sending a package, or doing laundry. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and on warm evenings, they even offered iced mung bean porridge. When we left, they gave us a gift of colorful rice, which was such a touching gesture! The room was clean and tidy, with a convenient wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Before bed, I even did some stretches following along on the large TV. And the stunning view from the window? That goes without saying! Don't forget to wear something nice and head up to the rooftop for some beautiful photos. The village is very quiet at night, so you don't need to worry about noise. Rent a bicycle and you can get to the Lower Nahui market in just 10 minutes. In the early morning or evening, take a stroll down to the boardwalk to see the dam and the large waterwheel, then wander through the fields – it's incredibly pleasant! Thank you, ladies! The biggest surprise of our family trip to Guizhou was definitely this guesthouse. Right outside the window, we had stunning views of the entire Wanfenglin idyllic landscape. Watching the sunset from the courtyard in the evening was absolutely divine. When we drove to the village entrance, they proactively helped us with our luggage and even thoughtfully planned off-the-beaten-path routes for us, helping us avoid the crowds. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and dry, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was well-equipped. It was perfectly spacious for our two children, and the courtyard was large enough for them to run and play freely. The breakfast featured local farm-fresh ingredients, with fresh and authentic rice noodles and glutinous rice. The village was quiet at night, with no noisy disturbances, so we slept incredibly soundly. It's far from the hustle and bustle of tourist spots, allowing us to experience the authentic Bouyei village life while enjoying top-notch accommodation comfort. The value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come to Xingyi next time. Highly recommend it to families traveling with children!

Journeying to the mountains of Xingyi, I stayed at the Fengxi Cave Hotel, nestled in a cliffside cave, and found a truly restorative getaway amidst the lakes and hills. The rooms, converted from a billion-year-old karst cave, exude a naturally relaxed vibe. I woke up to the mountain mist each morning and watched the orange sunset from the infinity pool in the evenings. A special shout-out to Xiao Zhang at the front desk. She was incredibly gentle and thoughtful, helping me meticulously plan my sightseeing routes in advance. When a small hiccup occurred during my stay, she listened patiently, offered proactive reassurance, and handled the issue thoughtfully from a guest's perspective. Her sincerity and warmth were truly heartwarming. While the scenic beauty was captivating, it was this attentive and considerate service that became the most unforgettable highlight of my trip, making it a place worth returning to again and again.

This trip was so rushed that I arrived at the hotel late at night with my luggage, and I was worried I'd have to make do for one night. But to my surprise, the owner greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered, holding a freshly brewed cup of hot tea. His words, ”You must be tired, come in and rest. Where are you from?” instantly melted away all the fatigue from my late-night journey. The room had central air conditioning, and the bed was made impeccably. Even the pillow height was thoughtfully considered without me having to say a word—it was such a pleasant surprise. The next morning, I have to rave about the breakfast! The variety was dazzling—hot, freshly made dishes, fresh fruit, and delicate snacks. After eating, I felt completely energized, and even the flavors were tailored to my preferences. I especially loved their plain noodles. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! Just open the window and you'd see the Wanfeng Forest across the street. The mountain scenery, with its layered peaks unfolding like an ink painting, is breathtaking. Mornings are shrouded in mist, and evenings are bathed in the glow of the setting sun. Sitting by the window, sipping tea and enjoying the view, time seems to slow down. The toiletries in the room were also incredibly thoughtful; the high-end brand scent was fresh and not overpowering, and the texture was exquisite. I even shamelessly asked the owner for an extra set to take on my next trip. The high-end facilities were absolutely fantastic. The bedding was soft and plush, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with a separate shower and toilet. It was a truly comfortable stay. This thoughtful touch upon checking in late at night, combined with the wonderful experience during the day, has already made me secretly plan my next trip. This amazing guesthouse is a must-visit! I sincerely wish the owner great success in their business, and that this wonderful place deserves to be discovered by more people! ❤️

The view from halfway up the mountain was absolutely stunning. Everyone at the guesthouse was incredibly kind, doing their best to meet guests' needs and offering various forms of assistance. Even though it was past mealtime when we checked in, they still cooked a single meal. For those of us who prefer a relaxed trip, we booked dinner at the guesthouse; it was home-style cooking, reasonably priced, and quite delicious. The kitchen was also visibly clean. Breakfast had a slightly limited selection, but they did have noodles, which were pretty good. Non-instant coffee could be ordered separately. Overall, it was perfect for a laid-back, relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, my itinerary was also quite relaxed and casual; I only stayed one night. I had already booked hotels for the following days, otherwise I really wanted to stay longer.

This was the only B&B we stayed at for two nights on this trip, and it was absolutely fantastic! First off, the design of the B&B was really interesting. It's built right into the mountain, so when you open your window, you're greeted with a beautiful view. Secondly, the hotel is located right inside the scenic area, which was incredibly convenient. Other cars could only park on the main road, but I was able to drive right into the scenic area's parking lot! And while everyone else was queuing for the scenic shuttle bus, my butler came to pick me up in the B&B's private car. Who understands that feeling of VIP treatment? Finally, the staff were so incredibly enthusiastic. They helped us carry our luggage all the way. Seriously, if you needed anything at all, you just had to ask. Next time I visit, I'm definitely staying here again!!

The guesthouse was clean and tidy, and the owner was very kind. He pointed us to the location before we arrived, helped with our luggage, and showed us the parking lot. The guesthouse is located in Xia Nahui, which is quieter and offers better views compared to Shang Nahui and Zhong Nahui. There are many restaurants within a five-minute walk, making it convenient to go to the market on Monday mornings. There's a beautiful swimming pool, probably the largest for a guesthouse in Wanfenglin. The owner provided paddleboards, and the children never wanted to get out of the pool. In the adjacent small garden, there were three peacocks; we later discovered that the guesthouse's logo is a peacock spreading its tail feathers. The plants in the garden also showed that the owner had carefully selected, arranged, and maintained them. The guesthouse's breakfast was excellent, especially the rice noodles, which were delicious. My child could easily finish a whole bowl. Besides rice noodles, they also offered different small dishes each day, which was very satisfying.

The moment I opened the door to my room, I was immediately struck by a refreshing sense of cleanliness. The off-white bedding was impeccably smooth, without a single wrinkle. The wooden tabletop gleamed, and not a speck of dust could be found even in the window sill crevices. The leaves of the potted plant in the corner had a clean, dewy sheen. The entire space was free of clutter, with every detail exuding just the right amount of tidiness. As soon as I put down my suitcase, my tense nerves slowly began to unwind. The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. Opening the window revealed the iconic dark silhouettes of the scenic mountains, and the entrance to the attraction was just a ten-minute walk away. There was no need to rush for a crowded subway or transfers; the extra time allowed for a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood's artisan shops or a quick nap back in the room before heading out again. For breakfast, there was no need to go far; just two turns from the hotel entrance was a local breakfast spot that had been open for over a decade. Even getting to the nearby high-speed train station by taxi took only fifteen minutes. Whether you're a traveler with a packed itinerary or just looking for a relaxing getaway, getting around is exceptionally convenient. I was immediately won over by the front desk staff's attitude during check-in. As soon as we reached the entrance, someone proactively offered to help with our luggage and handed us cool welcome towels. When we asked for directions, they not only patiently explained the route but also offered a printed simplified map of the attractions, advising us which sections were best for photos and where to find the most authentic snacks. When we requested to adjust our check-out time, there was no hint of impatience; they quickly helped coordinate everything. They even assisted in contacting reliable venues for a local intangible cultural heritage experience that we casually inquired about. After this trip, the comfortable accommodation experience significantly enhanced our journey. Whether I visit this area again or recommend it to friends, this hotel will definitely be my top choice.

I can only say I'm extremely satisfied; I can't find a single fault! I came here specifically for outdoor activities. Booking a guesthouse in Wanfenglin is a real matter of luck, with all sorts of options available. I was very fortunate to find this one through a blind box, and I'm very happy with it. Environment: The environment, the furnishings, everything is excellent, stylishly designed, and very clean. They have many rooms ranging from low to high floors; I recommend staying in a higher-floor room. The breakfast was also delicious. Even without going out, the hotel itself is a great spot for taking photos! Service: The service was impeccable. They contacted me before I arrived to offer to pick me up and help with my luggage.

The staff was not only very efficient, but also gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's facilities and the surrounding fun places, which made people feel instantly at home in this strange city💕 During my stay at the hotel, the service was even more meticulous. For example, I had special requirements for the lighting brightness in the room, and the staff quickly arranged for someone to come and adjust it. It was really thoughtful.
