Hotel was quite good..only thing to improve checkin was slow a little…during checkout found out the phone was not working as was calling the reception he was unable to hear and slightly rude when approached him at counter regarding this…beach is a bit far walking distance about 10minutes at opposite side hotel Very grateful for the cake and fruits placed in the room ..we were suprised coming back into room and had d cake n fruits

Beautiful, clean room with a balcony. Wi-Fi was available in the room, which is great because sometimes at other hotels, it's only in the lobby. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, bottled water – everything was provided in the room. The grounds were small but well-maintained, and the heated pools were a nice touch. There were a lot of elderly Europeans at this particular hotel; in the evenings, they would gather in the foyer to play board games or simply relax. It was a bit boring for the kids, but we enjoyed the evening shows and mini-disco. The food was delicious and varied, with Turkish sweets, fish, yogurts, fruits, and vegetables. The cocktails were also beautifully made. In the evenings, animators and waiters dressed in Egyptian costumes greeted guests at the entrance. A shuttle service was available to the beach. It's also close to Farsha Cafe and the Old Market. The only confusing part was at check-out when they demanded an extra $66 per day for our 12-year-old child, even though our entire room for two adults and one 12-year-old cost 8000 rubles (around $80 at the time). We had to argue about it. It was a strange situation; then they asked for $40, then $30. We refused to pay anything and reported it to support, explaining that they were demanding extra money from us. They claimed a child of that age should be counted as an adult, but we hadn't encountered this at other hotels in Sharm during the same period. In the end, they let us go without paying.

Had a really good time at this hotel. Hotel is 15 minute by car from the airport. Room got fantastic views, facing swimming pool at the back, with sea further away. There are various interesting events - never bored. Staff were super friendly & helpful, e.g. front manager Khaled. Food is amazing. Will visit again definitely!

Good price, good location, and good staffs. The front desk staff, Adeadel Hany, is very friendly. The cleaning staff also provides soda and water every day. Breakfast is delivered to the room. You can see the sea view when you open the curtains every day. However, there are no corals in the sea here. But at noon, you can take the hotel bus to St. George's beach, where there are corals for snorkeling.

I had such a great stay at Ghazala Beach Hotel! Honestly, it was exactly what I needed – relaxing, comfortable, and stress-free from start to finish. The location is perfect – right on Naama Bay with direct beach access and amazing snorkeling just steps away. The water is crystal clear and full of fish. Plus, the promenade with all the shops and restaurants is only a 5-minute walk, which was super convenient. But what really made my trip special was the staff. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and welcoming – they always had a smile and were happy to help with anything. I genuinely felt like a valued guest, not just another tourist. They made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the whole vibe of the hotel was just easy and pleasant. If you're looking for a great beachfront location with warm, friendly service and good value for money – I'd highly recommend Ghazala Beach Hotel. I'll definitely be coming back! I came here by myself, the staff were always super willing to help and very friendly. They seemed always anxious to accommodate you and greeted you with alot of politeness. The kitchen should have produced more vegetarian options in my opinion. The hotel was very clean with very hard working cleaning staff which always put in extra little touches like towel origami.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Continental Plaza Beach Resort by IHG. The room was clean and comfortable, although it does feel a bit dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. The pools are well-maintained, and the sea views are a definite highlight—great for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Service was generally good, with staff being helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, it’s a nice place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable, laid-back environment with beautiful views.

房型比較多，攜程上的價格是基礎房型？前台説位置在圖一20和21區，我看也有很多人住那，走去海邊稍微遠點，離海邊越近越貴，房型反正不是圖片裏這樣的，前台可以另外付費升級（PS前台有一位瘦黑高頭髮卷卷的男的 不大清楚是哪個國家的，對白人又是擊掌又是嘴裂到耳後根的就是他，遇上就換人，他敷衍了事，服務上區別對待，其他人都很友善的，我們辦理入住時有點曲折最後也很好地處理了）這邊的酒店設施都比較陳舊了，不要有高期待，床品布草舊但也乾淨，每天有打掃衞生，空調熱水能用就行，洗漱用品最好自備，吹風機如果需要也帶上，房間有但是有的無法用也更換不了，陽光很好曬曬也就幹了😂早中晚都有自助餐，吃膩了有可以付費點菜的餐廳。海邊環境和水下景色都不錯，主要是硬珊瑚，岸邊直接能浮潛，浪大會關閉下水點，領取毛毯後找個沒人佔的躺椅躺一天。全包酒店整體性價比還是不錯的，入住後佩戴手環，出入要看。行李員、客房打掃小費一般給30埃磅左右即可，多了會被惦記除非你覺得這個人值得，提前機場換好零錢。

Family, this is a rip off. If you booked the standard room, don't book the deluxe room. We booked the standard room at first, but there were no photos on Ctrip. Did you know? Then we looked at other photos and thought it was pretty good. But when we got in, it was completely different. It was very old and we couldn't deal with it at all. Then we paid an extra 30 dollars to upgrade to the deluxe room. The deluxe room was not bad, but the air conditioner was the fan type and it was not very good. The food was not bad. I suggest you buy the all-inclusive package. It's delicious. The kittens behind the hotel are very cute. The beach is also very beautiful, but you need to take a car. Anyway, communication is a bit difficult. The English of the front desk is not very good, and the water delivery is not very timely. You have to check it repeatedly.
