The animation staff were friendly always trying to include our little ones, they loved the mini disco too! An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations. Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges. Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy. Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

As a loyal guest who values the Four Seasons brand's commitment to luxury, service, and the core principle of the ”Golden Rule,” I regret to inform you that my experience did not align with the high standards I’ve come to expect from your company. Upon checking in with my friend, we were given rooms located on opposite sides of the resort. While I appreciate the effort to provide individualized accommodations, this separation caused logistical challenges. We were heavily reliant on the resort's buggy service, which frequently took over 25 minutes to arrive. This delay led to several late dinner reservations and wasted precious time on what should have been a seamless vacation experience. I understand that Four Seasons prides itself on craftsmanship, and in this case, the lack of attention to detail significantly detracted from the ease and luxury that is a hallmark of your brand. While dining at Zitouni restaurant, we encountered a concerning issue. After making a payment for our meal, the server insisted we make a second payment, citing uncertainty about the initial transaction. When we expressed our concerns, the restaurant manager's response was not only unprofessional but also threatening and intimidating. This culminated in the arrival of the general manager, who surrounded our table with six staff members, creating a hostile environment. This experience was distressing and completely out of character with the core values of connection and character that Four Seasons promotes. I felt physically intimidated during what should have been a simple conversation about resolving a billing discrepancy. We were assured that a follow-up meeting with management would take place the following morning at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, no one from management attended this meeting, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. This lack of accountability is contrary to the connection and craftsmanship that Four Seasons emphasizes globally. Upon checkout, I had hoped for a resolution, but instead, my interaction with the general manager and finance manager was again marked by rudeness, aggression, and a complete disregard for the values that your brand represents. Rather than addressing the situation with care and professionalism, their behavior reflected poorly on the resort and the brand. I have always associated Four Seasons with service excellence, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the highest standards of hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those ideals. I trust that bringing this to your attention will help prevent similar experiences for future guests, as I believe such behavior, if left unchecked, could tarnish the reputation of Four Seasons, which is built on delivering exceptional service through care and respect.

Just back from a relaxing week at this hotel, with my friend. Temperature was - HOT, snorkeling good. Convenient shuttle (included and regular) to the beach and back. Snacks, drinks at two beach bars, and loungers, all inclusive. Staff, for the most part, were super friendly, helpful, and keen to please and made up for poor service from a minority. Shebi is a shining example of someone wonderful at his job, Alysa too was extremely helpful with booking a la carte. Both were wonderful when my friend was very unwell, sending food to our room and allowing us a later check out. The doctor - with a room on site - was equally wonderful. The illness was nothing for which the hotel was to blame, staff were scrupulously clean (and I should know!) with sanitisers everywhere. Ahmed in particular (bar staff) was constantly busy cleaning. Staff work long, hard hours in hot weather. Our superstars were the two angels from the spa who gave us the best treatments we've ever had - the Cleopatra package. But finally, our wonderful, wonderful cleaner Moustafa who was not only always smiling, but made us smile everyday. The food was pretty standard - hits and misses. The soft drinks were good, the beer, gin, wine all fine. The area in need of improvement here would be the cocktails... Hardly a deal breaker. I would return, to be greeted with ”Welcome Home”

When I went on a business trip, I stayed at the hotel. It is the best hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, the hotel is relatively leisurely. The minibar is very rich, and there is a music performance in the evening, and the restaurant is great. And there are many restaurants to choose from, mainly all-inclusive, and you can eat for free. highly recommended.

Frankly, nothing to say, everything is great whether it's the food, varied, good, the cleanliness of the rooms  and I thank the entire crew of Self Hassan Ahmed he is super very competent, always smiling, always listening and even the others nothing to say without forgetting Mousad Kerolos Wahebe and Houssam Salah, Tony, without forgetting the staff who work at the swimming pool they are too kind smiling always caring nothing to say everything is great. I recommend with my eyes closed and the magnificent view of the hotel they have a really wow panoramic view

We lived in the part that is across the road from the sea, we took it without food, because the price is not competitive with food, the Internet was excellent, but we specifically asked for a room near the reception, the room is good, the cleaning is super, the pools are not heated, but the sea is not far away. Few people, excellent value for money.

It is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik

Hotel was perfect. Food was absolutely perfect. So many specialty restaurants! I loved the seafood restaurant! I love the Turkish restaurant! The food was to die for. The drinks are not what I would call top shelf but they are also not what I would call bottom shelf. Stuff flawless perfect dreamy they did everything to make sure you were happy. The only flaw I would find with the hotel was the dream covid they didn't enforce mask restrictions on their gas. Ukrainian seem to have an aversion of wearing masks! Paid around $200 with tax for this room for two people all inclusive. Fantastic deal and worth every single penny. The question I always ask myself is would I come back here again? Yes absolutely! Brief is a little tricky have to walk pretty far out to get to it but there is somebody who is watching people in the water which is important because tide changes and was very surprised at how far out of drug man such a short amount of time and I'm an excellent swimmer. So be careful in the water. Lots of fish in the reef! So many swimming pools for you to choose from. I give this hotel six Star Plus rating review. Very impressed!!
