I’ve just returned from a weeks stay here and really enjoyed it. ROOM : we had a twin room which was very spacious and decent balcony. We had a pool view room which was nice as well. We did have a couple of issues (balcony door not locking and a picture fell off the wall) but when reported they were quickly dealt with. The tea/coffee/fridge and safe were all nice touches. There is ample wardrobe space. The bathroom is also very spacious. Facilities: Great! Pools were good, we stayed by the quiet pool as that suited us more. Must give a big shout out to Ashraf who tended to all our beverage needs (I barely left my lounger) and Sayed for being attentive with our loungers and towels. Entertainment: good! We enjoyed getting involved in some of the day time activities and shout outs to Megan, Emily and Ziad for being a great animation team. We didn’t go to the evening entertainment - but there was an act on every night in the amphitheater as well as in the waves bar. We enjoyed drinks in the reception bar on a night - it was a chilled vibe and Bassem was also great! Location: Brill! 20 mins from the airport and approx 15 mins to Naama bay and approx 20 mins to Soho Square. We found Naama Bay to be overwhelming and Soho Square better. The hotel has a shuttle that runs to both so be sure to book with the concierge. They also have a shuttle that runs to the beach which needs to be booked with concierge also. Food: unfortunately this for me was what let the hotel down. There is plenty of choice but I didn’t enjoy any of the food while we were there. We didn’t starve, and yes some of it was repetitive but it was fine. I just found it to be quite tasteless and cold which put me off. Overall - we had a great stay at this hotel and we were sorry to leave.

Just back from a relaxing week at this hotel, with my friend. Temperature was - HOT, snorkeling good. Convenient shuttle (included and regular) to the beach and back. Snacks, drinks at two beach bars, and loungers, all inclusive. Staff, for the most part, were super friendly, helpful, and keen to please and made up for poor service from a minority. Shebi is a shining example of someone wonderful at his job, Alysa too was extremely helpful with booking a la carte. Both were wonderful when my friend was very unwell, sending food to our room and allowing us a later check out. The doctor - with a room on site - was equally wonderful. The illness was nothing for which the hotel was to blame, staff were scrupulously clean (and I should know!) with sanitisers everywhere. Ahmed in particular (bar staff) was constantly busy cleaning. Staff work long, hard hours in hot weather. Our superstars were the two angels from the spa who gave us the best treatments we've ever had - the Cleopatra package. But finally, our wonderful, wonderful cleaner Moustafa who was not only always smiling, but made us smile everyday. The food was pretty standard - hits and misses. The soft drinks were good, the beer, gin, wine all fine. The area in need of improvement here would be the cocktails... Hardly a deal breaker. I would return, to be greeted with ”Welcome Home”

An elegant establishment offering a myriad of amenities, White Hills Hotel hosted me during a large-scale event, accommodating numerous guests. Consequently, I acknowledge potential subjectivity in my assessment, given the bustling nature of the occasion. Regrettably, the hotel appeared rather commonplace in the context of Sharm, failing to meet my preconceived expectations.
Service standards, in particular, fell short in comparison to establishments of a lower tier. A discernible lack of order and organization was evident, notably during the check-in and check-out procedures, which seemed marred by temporary capacity challenges.
Despite these shortcomings, a commendable aspect was the amiable and responsive nature of many staff members encountered. Their professionalism in addressing my concerns with empathy was noteworthy.
Contemplating a return stay at White Hills Hotel warrants careful consideration. The observed lapses in service and organization may be contextualized within the framework of the hotel's current capacity constraints, urging a reconsideration when conditions are more favorable

When I went on a business trip, I stayed at the hotel. It is the best hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh, the hotel is relatively leisurely. The minibar is very rich, and there is a music performance in the evening, and the restaurant is great. And there are many restaurants to choose from, mainly all-inclusive, and you can eat for free. highly recommended.

This is a difficult one to rate – the staff are so professional and friendly, the resort is beautiful with lovely pools, snorkelling etc. On that alone, its five stars all the way. However, the food was disappointing, nothing really made its mark and if any of the restaurants had to stand alone in a City like New York, or London, they would quickly fail on quality/price point. Beef was particularly disappointing, from the Lebanese to the Italian etc. Poolside had the usual choices and was good, as was breakfast. Wine – very little on offer (Egyptian wine retails at about £1-3 a bottle and marked up to £35) and foreign wines (retail £8 marked up to £100 for the lowest price point) but well past their drinking life. I don’t have an issue with the costs and I know Egyptian taxation is mad, but surely Four Seasons can get three whites and three reds at reasonable prices that are at least drinkable? Some reviews mention rooms needed updating. Our room was lovely, but I was surprised our two-bedroom choice had 15-year-old TVs (very poor picture quality) and first gen Bose where you need cables to connect. Your average rubbish Hilton has better kit, surprised Four Seasons have skimped here, such an easy fix - when you are paying $600++ a night it is not acceptable. Would I go back? I want to, but food and wine are a big part of my holiday, so I’m unlikely to return. Shame, its such a lovely resort otherwise and the people brilliant.

We lived in the part that is across the road from the sea, we took it without food, because the price is not competitive with food, the Internet was excellent, but we specifically asked for a room near the reception, the room is good, the cleaning is super, the pools are not heated, but the sea is not far away. Few people, excellent value for money.

It is a very nice resort, everything looks great. The appartments are very clean. There are so many different activities you can do for example volleyball or you can go to the gym. There is a very nice spa area with massages. The food could be better though, or maybe I just have high standards. The animation team is the best they show you everything you can do there and they always help you. Especially Abram was a really good guy he came to the partys with us and we had so much fun together. So if you want to go to a party you dont have to worry about anything the animation team takes care of everything like the taxi etc. I had a really good time there and I would recommend it. Dominik

It's a hotel built on a vast expanse of land, and the room you're staying in is villa-style I thought it was a hotel with a pool inside and many Russians used it

We booked a room in the adults-only area at Swissotel Sharm El Sheikh with my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. This is our fifth visit to Egypt, and we have stayed in different hotels before. Unfortunately, our experience was limited to just a couple of days, as we were forced to change hotels. The main reason was the road noise. The adult section is located right facing a high-traffic road, which we were unaware of when booking. The noise from cars and other traffic can be heard in the rooms even when the balcony door is closed. We asked to change rooms but quickly realized that all adult rooms face the road, and there's no escape from the noise. After half a day of back-and-forth phone calls and a very pleasant conversation with the client relations team, we finally managed to switch to the Rixos Sharm Adult hotel. However, the hotel has many other issues. It's not a new hotel, as it was initially sold to us. Swissotel has taken it over from someone else, and the buildings and rooms are outdated and worn out. The beach is far from both sides, and on the way to the beach, there's an empty ghost section of vacant hotels that seem to belong to another hotel. The hotel appears overcrowded, and there was complete chaos in the large restaurant – for the first time in years, not a single server approached us during our two-day stay. There were no plates, and we wouldn't want to be here with children either. This might be one of the worst experiences we've had in Egypt. It has never happened before that upon arrival at the hotel, we were guided to our room with the words, ”you have a very good room, one of the best,” only to find people already in the room when we got there.

MModouxiaotaiyangAlthough the room has a balcony, it has no window, so Ctrip's description is problematic. The hotel's service is stretched, and I waited for half an hour for my luggage in the room. The so-called sea view is only a very small piece from the balcony. The location of the hotel is not suitable for snorkeling. Anyway, you can only lie in the swimming pool in the hotel. You have to go out to do sea projects. The overall facilities of the hotel are good, clean and beautiful.

GGuest UserA very good hotel. The promotional pictures are seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. It is recommended that the business re-shoot the promotional pictures. The actual decoration is very modern and new. There are also several restaurants (two of which are Chinese restaurants. The taste is average and limited. There are not many people and reservations are required. Haha) Overall, it is still very good! A large resort worth staying in! !

AAnonymous UserReceptionist was very welcoming and helpful. All staff want the please very willing to assist and want guests to be happy.
Hot Food could be hotter, and quite repetitive. no choice of cereals for breakfast, geared for the Egyptian taste.
Staff taking food from the breakfast buffet in front of guests, (using their hands) not using utensils provided. Even cleaning staff, to Supervisor levels including some chefs.
Was a theme hotel previously so still remnants of that, but have been told the new administration will be changing many things and updating the hotel.
It is a lovely sized hotel just far enough out of Naaama Bay that it is quiet, but close enough to walk within 30 minutes.
The position is under the inbound flight path, which on certain days can be a little loud.
The staff make the hotel, nearly all of them always smiling and likes to see you.

YYoke Ping FrancesThis resort is not as big as some of those we drive past but it is cosy and the staff are very friendly. We booked half board. The breakfast and dinner variety are wide and the hotel vary some dishes on a daily basis. Food is okay. We had lunch at their seafood restaurant (a la carte) but we felt the food was not as good as those served in the common banquet hall for dinner. The massage was very good and price reasonable. The spa is not worth it as the facials we had were not the kind of facials we are used to. They were very basic and our faces were steamed for a good 15 mins! So hot and uncomfortable. Products used were claimed to be organic but we are not convinced what were used.

DDarwin XieI book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights.
Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible.
When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.
