4-Star Hotels in Windermere Town

Very good hotel, only 8 minutes walk from the train station, the house is very beautiful, with its own small garden, go out to the town, not far from the lake, the boss is warm and hospitable, every day prepared tea cakes made by himself, English breakfast let us eat well satisfied. I was very satisfied and happy after staying for two days. If I come for a holiday, I will give you a small surprise when I choose this one.

The Lake District is home to many beautiful B&Bs, and ours is one of them. The room even comes with cotton swabs and pads, as well as a glass jewelry box. Breakfast, ordered a day in advance, is prepared by the owner himself and is both exquisite and hearty. The only downside was that it was a bit hot during our two nights there, and there was no air conditioning. There might be a fan, but we couldn't find one...

You can see the small courtyard of the lake, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the health is very good. You can have dinner and drink in the store. Very warm. It was rainy when we arrived, so we could hangout in the hotel and not afraid of wind and rain. You can see the lake and the snowy mountains on a sunny day. Breakfast is semi-buffet, you can order a fresh meal, I recommend french toast. We saw two rabbits running outside at breakfast.

1. The location of the hotel is very good. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the cruise ship terminal. There are many restaurants nearby and the accommodation is very convenient. The room is large and there is a living room, unexpected, but the living room side is on the bedside, next to the street, sooner or later, some noisy, especially the UK speed is generally faster, pay attention to it. Breakfast is prepared in advance bread yogurt cereal milk, some in the refrigerator, some in the locker, do not have too much expectations. 2. If you come by car, you will need a parking card with the front desk, which costs £3 a day. There are unlimited parking. There are several places to park. It is actually very convenient. When you leave, you can go to the parking lot to drive first, and put the key and parking card at the front desk when you come back.

아이와 함께 세가족이 윈더미어를 방문했습니다. 숙소의 방은 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 있어 조금 아쉽긴했지만 매우 깨끗하게 정리되어 있었습니다. 이틀 묵었는데 두번째 날 밤에는 보일러가 고장나 전기 라디에이터를 별도로 제공해줘서 불편함은 없었습니다. 매일 아침 정성스럽게 준비해준 조식을 다이닝룸에서 서비스해줬는데 매우 만족했습니다. 조용조용한 성격의 주인은 식사시간에 같이 이야기도 나누었고 사진을 보며 가족이야기도 했습니다. 레이크디스트릭트의 배를 탈수 있는 곳까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 좋은 위치입니다. 마을 중심의 상가와 음식점들이 있는 곳으로의 접근성도 나쁘지 않습니다. 저녁에는 테이크어웨이 해온 음식을 다이닝룸에서 먹을 수 있습니다. 오히려 복잡한 식당보다 여유롭고 즐겁게 식사할 수 있었습니다. 친절한 주인부부의 인상이 매우 좋았습니다. 다시 윈더미어를 방문해도 이 숙소에서 숙박하고 싶네요.

Mid-point between Windermere Station and Bowness Pier, which means it is convenient to access to both high street. On-site Car parking is free but quite narrow. Lounge (common area) is Cosy, there is a piano for guest to play! Yet, the room is rather small, especially the toilet and the shower area. Great (4) choice of breakfast, and delicious. Guest can use a health club (gym) of a local area for free, but it is some 10 mins drive from the hotel according to the host. It'd be much better if the room is air-conditioned.

Hotel very nice grounds fabulous room very spacious in quiet part of hotel I took Ill during the night the hotel staff were amazing the next day I had to go to hospital in Lancaster to get checked over hotel staff showed paramedics to our room .on return from hospital hotel staff couldn't do enough for us I would highly recommend the hotel outstanding customer service.

**Environment:** The setting is absolutely wonderful, situated right within the lake district. It's an old manor hotel, and without an elevator, carrying heavy luggage yourself could be quite inconvenient. **Facilities:** The hotel is quite dated, and the room facilities are a bit basic. However, the fantastic environment is a huge redeeming quality, and overall, its minor drawbacks don't overshadow the positives.

The location and hygiene of this hotel is okay, except that the carpets don't seem to have been cleaned for a long time. I was most dissatisfied with a male waiter, his attitude was particularly bad, I suspect he was a ******, his attitude was really bad, I have stayed in so many places in the world in hotels and B&Bs, this male waiter's attitude was the worst, I entered the staff area is my fault, but I entered from the restaurant, there is no staff only to enter the prompts, the male waiter kicked me out like a dog, I felt I was insulted.The waiter shooed me out like a dog, I felt insulted, it seems that the quality of the British people really needs to be improved.

Very satisfied with the room👍I really like the loft-style top floor. There is a small window above the head, and the sun shines down during the day. On rainy days, you can see the pattering on the glass window. I really like the bathroom, it's big, clean, simple and comfortable! The rooms are fully equipped and functionally separated. However, there are no fixed service staff and it is a completely self-service apartment. If you need to go to the door and find the lady on duty, she is very nice👍
