4-Star Hotels in Atami

My friend from Osaka and I, after a long time, stayed here together. Being at an age where our bodies aren't as spry, we were extremely satisfied with the in-room hot spring. Both breakfast and dinner offered a great variety, which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a bit challenging with the stairs, so next time, I'd like to book a room that doesn't require using them, so we can relax even more.

This hotel is located on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Atami, and it's quite spacious inside. The rooms are clean, tidy, and hygienic. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Plus, there's a hot spring bath to enjoy. It's a peaceful and serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle, offering mountains, water, great food, drinks, and hot springs. I'm already planning to return to Atami New Akasaka next time!

The hotel is new and the room was decent. Location: It's quite far from Atami Station, and there are uphill and downhill slopes, plus stairs, which are extremely tiring when dragging luggage. There are many hotels along the way, and this one is a bit far from the beach as well. If you're considering coming, I'd recommend staying at La Vista, which is right across from the beach and just a few steps away. This hotel is also far from Kinomiya Station, and the uphill/downhill walks are exhausting. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to Kinomiya Shrine. The hotel's Wi-Fi signal is extremely poor, I'm genuinely fed up. I won't be staying here again.

The room is very spacious, great for family of 2-4. It is pity I was alone only one person travelled, got charged two persons tax because the system booked for two persons. Location a bit outside the center, however it is easy to reach via taxi or shuttle bus. There is a steep slope walking from main road to the hotel if you walk in.

Take the free shuttle bus directly from Yugawara Station. The room is a single without a bathtub or shower, but there are plenty of outlets and USB ports. However, there are only two hangers. The food was delicious. The hot springs in the new building are mostly for day trips, and it can be uncomfortable when there are noisy groups of guests. The main building is a little old, but it is only for overnight guests, so it is more relaxing. The only hot spring with free-flowing water is the rock bath in the new building. I went there to treat a bruised leg, and I think it was effective.

I booked a room called Sui from the site called trip. I was very looking forward to it and was guided to a different room when I actually went. ?? I checked the front desk, opened the site and looked at the mobile screen, but I didn't make a reservation in that room and the room was already buried today. I was told. I stayed with a complicated feeling, but the customer service of the guide was wonderful and I thought I would go again. Next time, I will make a reservation from the official website. I'm looking forward to it.

It was quite a distance from the station, and Google Maps sent us on a huge detour, leading us to the underground level! We got completely lost. The next day, we saw a couple with kids and two pieces of luggage going through the same ordeal, having to climb four flights of stairs. The hotel is a bit old, and for our three-night stay, the buffet dinner menu didn't change at all.

I used this hotel for a trip with my girlfriend. The view, service, and amenities were all wonderful. The bathroom in the room was especially large and very nice. The amenities were all high-quality, and it was fun trying them all out. For this location and price, with a private bathroom in the room, I think it's a great deal!

It was the New Year's rate, but the room was spacious and comfortable. I was hesitant to get two meals included, but I decided on it! It was so comfortable that I barely left the room and spent the whole time relaxing. The foreign staff were also very nice, and the staff overall were very polite and helpful. I'd love to go again.

This hotel in Izu Atami is perched halfway up a hill, offering stunning views. The semi-open-air hot springs are incredibly relaxing. They even offer late-night ramen and small popsicles. We booked the half-board option, but the dinner was a bit disappointing and nowhere near as good as what we've had at onsen hotels in Hokkaido.
