AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent! Most of the city's main attractions are within walking distance, and it's just a few blocks from the Sphere. There's also a Whole Foods right across the street, which is super convenient for grabbing food.
The hotel has a modern, community-focused design. The lobby serves as a lounge area, restaurant, and front desk, making it easy for guests to socialize or even work.
The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate, and the bedding is quite comfortable. My only minor complaint would be the lack of a few more tables and chairs in the room.
Street parking is available after 6 PM or 8 PM. The hotel has a very limited number of parking spots in a city garage behind the building, costing just over 35 CAD plus tax for 12 hours, which is actually a bit cheaper than the parking lot next door.

CCKWtripSheraton Grand Seattle has a great downtown location, spacious room, and various amenities. The hotel is located right next to the convention center and few blocks to the downtown shopping / dining. The room is spacious for four of us with enough space to open our luggage and we did not feel cramped. On a higher floor, we had a nice city view. The hotel is updated and has a large lobby, Starbucks, a wine bar, restaurants, and fitness center/pool. We arrived in the early morning and was lucky to get an early check-in. The staff we encountered was nice and helpful and we had a good experience overall.
The hotel charges a destination fee that offers $20 dining credit to use in bar/Starbucks/selected restaurants and $10 Uber credit. Maybe because most people spend their $20 credits on Starbucks, the line was very long in the morning (~20 minutes). I would suggest going earlier or later to avoid the long line.

CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

GGuest UserHad a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking.
The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar.
Highly recommended!

Ppeterās travelThe pool water was murky, but otherwise generally acceptable. The lower floor next to the road was noisy, but the hotel's location is quite convenient. The Ctrip Air Ticket Department is currently engaged in fraud. They unilaterally changed their tickets and refused to rebook or compensate me. I was in Canada with my children, waiting for news from them, and they didn't care about our well-being. We were forced to return to China via Seattle. This hotel was a waste of money. Therefore, I hope the Ctrip Air Ticket Department will be disbanded soon and stop harming people. Everyone will be unemployed. I wonder how long this fraud department can continue.

ā¢ It is close to the Seattle-Tacoma Airport car shuttle facility, about 2.5 miles by car.
ā¢ I was able to have a satisfactory experience with the friendly service of the front desk and housekeepers.
ā¢ If you have a rental car, it is very convenient to park in the large parking lot. However, there is a parking fee.
ā¢ If there is no traffic to downtown, you can go straight on I-5 and get off, so it is easy to find the way without much trouble. (About 20 minutes)
ā¢ The downside is that the toilet water pressure is weak.
ā¢ The downside is that there is a coffee machine, but no coffee pot.

GGuest UserThey upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

GGuest UserNot thrilled with the every other day room cleaning. We were told by an extremely rude evening front desk clerk, that we were told about this upon arrival, which we were not. He also said it was written up in the hotel's description online. Who really reads all the small print? He argued about it with my sister, while waving his hand in her face. He also said he was out of shower caps, which should be provided in the rooms anyway, especially with the overhead rain shower feature. He also screamed at us to move, for smoking in the chairs outside, where there are no posted signs. We didn't feel safe in that neighborhood to smoke on the dark street, as we had a few run ins with the ******** *** homeless.

LLatawanI had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here.
Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.
