Fantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

Everything is perfect! The scenery and hotel villa picture look exactly the same as its hotel's official photo. The food is delicious, the seed house is full of activities for kids, walking around the resort compound during a drizzling day is therapeutic. I regretted only staying for one night and extended some extra hours. Will definitely be on my bucket list to come back again once there's a direct flight to this place. The airport is under some construction hence we could only take the sleeper bus. It was a nice experience of the sleeper bus but I would not do that again. Overall this hotel has been one of the best forest resorts I have stayed at. A few friendly comments for improvement: the bathroom is too small and there's no separate shower room other than the shower head on top of the Jacuzzi tub. It is quite inconvenient as we need to climb in and out of the Jacuzzi to take a shower. The Jacuzzi tub wasn't clean enough. I have to wipe it with my own wet tissue. There is dirt at the water pressure outlets. The pillow is a bit too soft and thin.

The highlight of this hotel is, without question, the warm swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Not just because it is beautiful, but because it opens at 5:30 AM. While the rest of the family is still asleep, you can enjoy one of the rarest travel luxuries: warm water, fresh morning air, sunrise light, and complete silence. That alone made this stay unforgettable. 🕠 Warm Pool Hours The warm swimming pool (3rd floor) is open from 5:30 AM to 8:00 PM — and this is easily the hotel’s greatest luxury. Early opening hours make it perfect for peaceful morning swims and a quiet coffee before the day begins. 🍽 Breakfast Hours Breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM on the 3rd floor. The selection was generous and varied, with excellent soups, delicious desserts, and enough options to make every breakfast feel like a treat rather than a routine hotel buffet. ☕ Afternoon Tea Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the 3rd floor — a lovely and thoughtful touch that adds charm to the stay and makes the hotel feel more refined and welcoming. 🌅 Location & View The view is beautiful, and the location was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. Being close to the cable car was a huge advantage for us and made exploring especially easy and convenient. 💛 Service The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. Service felt polished, caring, and consistently helpful — the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel feel truly comfortable. 🔎 What Could Be Improved What keeps this hotel from being exceptional is not the service, but the housekeeping supervision and room maintenance. A few small details slightly affected the overall impression: • the vanity table in our room had visible stains • the shower head was leaking • in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor, there is a beautiful decorative plant, but the dust on its leaves was impossible to ignore These are small things, but details matter — especially in a hotel that otherwise feels so close to being truly outstanding. Still, this is a hotel I would happily return to — for the warm morning pool, the excellent breakfast, the peaceful atmosphere, and that rare feeling of quiet comfort.

Check in was relatively fuss free although we arrived very late. The welcome drink seems to be self-service, we drank some the next day. You can ask for extra room cards. The buffet was quite good, everyday they make an effort to change up the menu although there are some staples for popular dishes. There is an egg station and a pho station. I appreciate the soya milk at the cereal station and the detox water and atiso tea at the drinks station. Yoghurt with fruits are a daily pick for myself. The salads change daily and are very fresh, I liked it. The hotel is very new, the beds very comfortable and it was interesting that they provided a bolster. The room is big and comfortable, I liked that the floor is not carpeted. They provided rubber slippers. There is free coffee and artichoke tea packets. The hot water at the shower is instantaneous and the water pressure is good. I liked that there is a rain shower. The dustbin in the toilet doesn't open up very well, but not much of an issue. Cleanliness can be improved in terms of picking up hairs, thee was a clump stuck behind the toilet door from before our stay. The cleaner also missed hairs on the chair and stains on the floor but I suspect those maybe cannot be removed. I didn't mind that much. The only negative point of the room was rhe sound of traffic, but I brought ear plugs. The staff was helpful and spoke good English, except for cleaning staff. I loved the driver servixe when we booked the one day service. It was for 1.4 mil for 8 hrs. I also used the gym, it is small but has weights, treadmill, a few multi purpose machines and cycling machines. Blinds can be drawn, the sun is quite strong in the morning. In terms of location, it is about 1 km from the lake. Normally I would say the location ia good, except that the traffic is quite scary when the pavements are not built well and there are motorbikes and buses parked on the pavements which makes it very challenging to walk to places. This is the same for a lot of places we visited. Even for a short distance we called a Grab. There was a decent pho place opposite and to the right of thr hotel and two vegetarian restaurants which we dined at. There was also a massage place nearby. We didn't use the hotel spa or dine at the restaurant although they gave us vouchers. It was more expensive in comparison.

It was an amazing experience staying at the resort. Every staff were friendly attentive and helpful. The resort view surrounding it is spectacular. Only concerned about their swimming not so clean. Full of bugs, bird poop and dirts. No one swims coz of it. But I did huhu. Tips on Room View, if you want a beautiful Mountain View, opt for the Golf Course view coz the actual Mountain View option doesn’t really give u a beautiful Mountain View. If you’re a Muslim traveller you need to inform the hotel before you arrive so they can try and accommodate your halal meal request for breakfast buffet. There’s also pickel ball court there (but for rental sadly not complimentary) so bring your attires if you’re a player like me! The breakfast spread is really nice. Variety and a lot to choose from. They recommend to come during special occasions like NYE, Xmas and Liberation/Labour Day. For those who travels solo like me and don’t like to travel on a bus for 7-8 hours to Da Lat, wait till after September 2026 to come coz then the airport is already done renovating. But you MUST come visit Da Lat and if you’re looking for a peace and quiet kinda resort far from the city buzz, THIS is the resort you must choose. Also they provide shuttle service daily to help send guests to Da Lat city centre according to time schedule so u are able to plan your activities daily. I’m definitely coming back here. The hotel is very luxurious, beautiful, and clean. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. It's quite close to Da Lat market, just over 1km away. Another plus is its proximity to the famous Tao Ngo Chicken Hotpot with É Leaves restaurant in Da Lat. You can walk there in about 50m. This was a real surprise on my trip, truly delightful!

Mengqing Hotel boasts a great, convenient location. However, the room facilities are quite outdated and in disrepair. The bed is too low, and despite having mosquito netting on the windows, mosquitoes still manage to get into the room and bite you. The staff are very polite, but the accommodation itself leaves much to be desired.

more than just clean and aesthetic, Le Recit is the most beautiful hotel in Dalat… I think it is newly renovated as everything looks so new and clean. The hotel has a storybook/ fairytale theme where the whole building is a story (Le Recit) and each floor is called a chapter, each room represents a page. All the designs are so beautiful and creative. I would love to stay at Le Recit again. the security dogs are so cute. But the front of the hotel is very muddy, hope they can fix that because it’s a bit nasty. and the breakfast options can be better. wifi is also weak. christmas decorations are amazing, each room door has their own wreath. fantastic

Only VIP rooms have air conditioning, so those who are used to sleeping with air conditioning and do not book a VIP room will feel uncomfortable. In addition, the facilities are good and the staff is enthusiastic in taking care of guests.

Beautiful hotel. It was a second time to stay. All interiors are antique and building is made by brick and woods so great atmosphere. wifi, location, Staff and breakfast is all great.
