Surprisingly this 5 ⭐️ hotel has a Executive Club floor with Oriental looking room. Well equipped with all the pampering hotel amenities. What wow us was the luxurious Laundry Room 🧺 which can only be accessed with your keycard, Best thing, it was fully furnished like a lounge with cool music 🎵 🎶 . Great experience, worth considering for a short stay ✌️

This garden hot spring resort, located right next to the East Gate of Slender West Lake, boasts an excellent location. The natural hot spring water is wonderfully warm and soft, with a generous number of outdoor pools. The unique ice therapy area is a highlight, perfect for fitness enthusiasts looking to recover. The garden environment is highly photogenic, and the service is prompt and responsive. We recommend the stay package, as unlimited hot spring access offers better value for money. The only downsides are that public areas can get crowded on holidays, and the basic room types are standard in size. It's ideal for short getaways, wellness, and relaxation, balancing leisure with sports recovery needs.

The hotel is very close to Hangzhou East Station, and while there aren't many commercial facilities nearby, it's very quiet and suitable for rest. The room facilities are good, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering nice views. However, the hotel's management of staff service is quite poor; it doesn't even compare to a typical chain hotel, let alone a five-star one. Also, I suggest canceling the so-called BMW pickup service. While the hotel's intention is good, the driver acted like a ride-share driver – not helping with luggage when getting in or out, and even ignoring us. Plus, there were at least five or six mosquitoes in the car, which was an extremely bad experience. This service would be better off not existing at all.

Arrived in Yangzhou in the evening, and as soon as I got to the hotel entrance, someone helped me with my luggage and escorted me to the lobby. The front desk staff was incredibly gentle and patient during check-in, even upgrading my room and gifting me a local Yangzhou specialty: Yangda yogurt. The room was very clean and cozy, truly feeling like a home away from home, which put me completely at ease. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. For lunch, I ordered Huaiyang cuisine at the hotel, which was delicious and comforting for the stomach. Dinner was also in the lobby, a hot pot that warmed me right up, melting away the chill from the rainy Yangzhou night. I was so impressed that Wanda Realm takes such care with its food, making my tired traveler's heart feel a sense of belonging. I'll definitely come back next time… I really didn't want to leave and felt a touch of reluctance.

A top-rated stay! My trip to Yangzhou ended perfectly, and from the moment I checked in, I experienced incredibly thoughtful service. The lobby manager, butler, and staff made me feel right at home, offering a wonderful blend of hospitality and freedom. Located right by Slender West Lake, the hotel had everything for dining, entertainment, and relaxation. The most pleasant surprise was the metasilicic acid hot spring – its skin-rejuvenating effects were amazing and left me feeling nourished and radiant. A must-try!

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The waiters were very nice and there were many breakfast varieties. The dinner included in our original package was a buffet. Because there were not many people, they changed it to a Chinese restaurant to save costs. However, the standard was lowered to only 200 yuan, and it was not easy to order dishes by ourselves. We could only eat the dishes prepared by the chef. In addition, when checking in at the front desk, I saw that other tourists who stayed in the room had upgraded their courtyard rooms to garden views. So our package didn't seem to be that cost-effective, right?

This hotel is part of the Jinjiang Club chain. I booked it through Ctrip, which saved me 80 yuan and even included a complimentary breakfast for two. Ctrip is truly a great platform. The hotel itself is fantastic – very clean, and the bedding is especially comfortable. It's also very quiet. The breakfast was excellent too, definitely worth booking!

We were upgraded to a room with a fantastic window view, offering a wide and pleasant vista. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the mini-fridge was a thoughtful touch. In the evenings, they offer a rich and varied buffet. Breakfast is also a buffet, featuring a great selection of Yangzhou pastries and delicious wontons. They even serve set meals for lunch, which is very convenient! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied; every visit is delightful! And their homemade limited edition sweet treats from Gunan Capital are also excellent!

房間裏的衞生狀況一般，地毯看起來像是臟了很久了，地毯和地磚連接的部分有明顯的碎頭髮。 房間很大，但是設施一般，也沒有智能馬桶什麼的，整體看起來像是上個世紀的縣城招待所。 但是酒店外部環境很好，草坪打理得很到位，湖景也讓人賞心悦目，陽台門打開可以直接看到湖。 但是酒店位置真的很偏僻，晚上餓了周圍沒有任何便利店餐館或者外賣什麼的，如果想吃，最少要開車到高郵市裡才行，這一點不太好。
