The spa centre is below expectations, the sauna is so small it can take maximum 2 people, the wooden benches inside are broken, the infrared sauna is also super small and takes only 2 people, there are only 2 infrared panels, which are probably very old and of questionable quality, not sure if these were even working as the temperate inside was low. You can not operate a big hotel, offer a spa experience and build an amateur sauna for home use that can only take 2 people! They offer towels with additional charge of 2 leva, which is absurd after you have paid the daily fee of 25/35 leva, this should just be included in the price. The facilities inside are old and not very well built/maintained. Overall not a great experience.

This Hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the center of Stara Zagora in a forest with mineral waters. A beautiful area in order to relax and breath fresh air. We arrived early afternoon and parked in a designated parking area of the Hotel , the lady at reception gave us a room in the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the forest. Spacious room with all the amenities in place with good beds and mattresses for a relaxed stay. Bathroom very modern with a lot of space and good shower. Probably a newly redecorated room. Spa area very nice with big swimming pool and sauna and steam bath to enjoy. Bath robes were also provided in the room in order visit the spa area. Breakfast was included in the rate of the room and we also enjoyed dinner ala cart with good food ,our lady waiter was vey friendly and professional. Rate was competitive during a week day we visited the Hotel. Overall a good Hotel experience , we will definitely revisit in the future.

Wir waren mit Familie hier. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, die Matratzen sehr gut. Das WLAN war kostenlos. Es gibt einen Billardraum, Spa, Fitnessraum, Kinderspielraum, ein riesengroßes Hallenbad mit Dampfbad und Saunen. Im Außenbereich gibt es einen großen Liegebereich, der durch die geöffneten Türen vom Hallenbad aus erreichbar ist. Ein schöner schattiger Gastgarten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Essen war großartig, sehr gut und toll angerichtet. Zum Frühstück gab es verschiedene Arten zur Auswahl, zum Wochenende gab es ein Frühstücksbuffet. Leider war die Speisekarte nur in bulgarisch, auch kein Kellner sprach Englisch oder Deutsch; ohne unsere bulgarischen Familienmitglieder hätten wir kein Essen bestellen können. Da es sehr kalt und regnerisch war, als wir dort waren, waren im Hallenbad die Türen geschlossen und es war sehr dunstig, sodaß das Wasser von der Decke tropfte. Das Thermalwasser war sehr angenehm warm. Leider gab es auch bei den Saunen oder für die Liegen Badetücher. Im Zimmer fiel uns auf, das während unseres Aufenthaltes der Waschtisch nicht gereinigt wurde und der Kühlschrank kühlte erst nach 48 Stunden.
