A modern, clean hotel with great staff ( reception, bar and cleaner), central location and excellent amenities. We had a great time there. The view from the room was spectacular! Will definitely visit again

I had a lovely stay over Christmas, even extended a night staff are lovely rooms are very nice And have awesome views and i definitely recommend staying here for the night comfortable, clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff

The 2nd year of staying here whilst visiting family over Christmas and the standards have remained exceptionally high. This hotel is right in the centre of the city next to Friars walk yet felt quiet and peaceful throughout the stay. All of the staff are exceptionally welcoming, and the room was spotless. If you’re visiting Newport and need quick, walkable access to the city centre, Rodney Parade or train station I’d highly recommend.

Really enjoyed my stay the room was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and everything worked well. Staff was really helpful and anything you need they will sort it out quickly

This hotel is in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, clean, comfortable, with a great view. Parking is down the street at a local public parking garage. It was about $30 for a week.

The check staff were lovely, probably the nicest on my whole 7 week trip. Bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. My only suggestions would be a coat hook and also a mini fridge qould of been good.

Good location if you’re here for the rugby and the Tiny Rebel brewery. Try using the council run car parks .
