Very friendly place  except no gym in the building. Clean and well organised.

Excellent location... Excellent breakfast.... But rooms need to renovation...

Good breakfast. Close to the tram station and railways station. Very Clean room and fast wifi. Staffs are helpful.

Disappointing stay. I had paid for an executive room with river view but only got a room facing the other side with a huge building in front of me instead. The hotel said that they had not received the information and the hotel was fully booked. It was not a big deal but I paid extra for the view and ended up with a standard room with some free sodas and amenities. I felt cheated. No Wi-fi for 1.5 days for my 2-night stay. Unacceptable Plus points: Staff was nice, both at the reception and housekeeping. The room was spacious and clean I had better experience with other Novotel hotels before but will not return to this one.

Location and staff are the best.

The hotel is very close to Petite France, and is surrounded by the downtown area for shopping. The room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable, and there is always only one person at the front desk who needs to queue up

Novotel is full of bad points...even worse than the ibis next door! (Accor Gold Card or above members in China🤣) There is a shopping mall downstairs, but it is very inconvenient to take a taxi to move luggage. The hotel elevator obviously feels unstable. The hotel twin room, each bed is pitifully small! Only about 80 cm. The hotel did not prepare bottled water, slippers and other supplies. The phone in the hotel room cannot dial the service desk. The breakfast was delivered to the room, but it was not delivered on time even after telling the front desk the night before, so I had to call again in the morning to urge! The hotel bedding is not clean enough and not very comfortable. The trash can was placed at the door, and the cleaning staff took it away directly. I went to the front desk to ask for a new trash can. The front desk said that no one cleaned it at night and there was no trash can... (It is true that French is not good, but English communication is not smooth) This may also be the most bad and weird hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel under Accor😵💫 is just a fake low-end Novotel.

Located in a large shopping mall, it is convenient to eat and feels like being in Singapore, very lively. Not far from the attractions, the service is warm and thoughtful, very good.

The hotel is close to the center of Strasbourg and within walking distance of the main city attractions. The rooms are small but clean and the breakfast is good. It has basically everything. It is a cost-effective hotel.

The room is quite big, not far from the scenic spot, there is a large shopping mall downstairs, and it is also close to the train station. The minor disadvantages are that the air conditioning does not cool, and the breakfast is not very delicious. Strasbourg is really a beautiful city
