The location is very good, and it is relatively close to the scenic spots. The room is clean and well-equipped, and the service staff is also very good.

Trip.com confirmed the hotel had been canceled for free, but when I contacted a different customer service agent to reconfirm with the hotel, I couldn't reach them by phone. It was impossible to cancel, the phone line was always busy, and the communication time cost was extremely high. A terrible experience.

I booked a bed in a 6-bed dormitory. The dormitory is large enough, so you do not feel packed at all. The bed is a bunk bed, with a fair enough good mattress. For this dorm, you have access to an ensuite bathroom (shower + sink) and an ensuite toilet (toilet + sink). All were clean. The common space is nice. The WiFi is good. Breakfast buffet available. 200m away from U12 tram stop. 700m away from Lidl supermarket. 1.5km away from Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof. The staff is nice and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

A&O hostel is a very reasonable hostel in Europe. Also facilities are clean and satisfy our basic demands. It takes around 20 minutes on foot from Stuttgart Hbf. There are some discount supermarkets around the hostel, so you can buy any food at inexpensive prices.

Twisted my ankle and tried to cancel, but it didn't work out since I bought a non-refundable room, which is my fault. Trip.com still gave me 40 points, so I guess that's fair compensation. However, a&o hotels in Germany are generally trustworthy and very clean.

Eventually I stayed 3 nights in this hostel! All of them are amazing hospitality wise! Price wise. Everything great 👍

a little far and need to transfer 1 or two to get to old street area or center, it is only hostel there and it doesnt take long. except location, you know this is a good hostel chain. go for it.

I like the place, rooms are clean, stuff is friendly

The location is super convenient, right in the city center and just two subway stops from Stuttgart's main train station. The room was clean and well-equipped. They offer free luggage storage, and the price is very reasonable.

The 6-room layout is a bit strange. Two single beds are next to one another, which makes the room a bit small and crowded. Need to take 2 stops metro to reach the hostel. Overall not too bad.

The location is very good, only 3 min walk to the train station, and another 5 min train to the Central station. Other facilities are acceptable.

Everything is good! Us usual a&o hotel. It's comfortable to check in after midnight.
