We had a great time at the beach resort! The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and the view was amazing. It was relaxing and fun—we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!

Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people !
Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served…..
Overall, the facilities was fantastic!

Unit very small, have mosquito and cockroach, my friend's unit is split type aircon, my unit window type aircon so noisy.
There is no kettle, have free bottle water .

The beach is beautiful and the staffs were all friendly, accommodating and friendly.
I hope the management will add some condiments for complimentary in the room. It would be great if they would do that like any other resorts.

I love this place and my kids are really enjoyed it! Overnight is not enough. We should have explore more and stayed 2-3days.
-Place is great
-Food is great
-We have a fantastic room
-The bar is great
-Pool is great as if we have our own mini pool. -There is a wave pool and my kids love it.
-There is also a playground with pool for the kids like they can slide, swing, more fun activity.
-We enjoyed the beach as well, same as the inflatable, jetski, kayak, banana boat
-There is an acoustic bar at night, fire dance, parang nasa Bora ka na.

Some of the facilities are outdated, but it's not a bad place to take a break.

This is my first time being scammed by a resort.
I made a reservation because the photos and reviews were good.
It felt like **** from the time I checked in.
When you bring in the drinks you bought, check how many cans there are.
You can pay for each can and take it home.

It’s a water park resort, but there’s no hair dryer.
