The room came with a kitchenette which I think it’s really good to have for someone who likes to prepare some bites. The room is clean and the sea view from the balcony is beautiful. The morning breakfast at Citrique is a must have to start a day. Good spread and good coffee! Service from the front desk is also commendable. Respectful and professional. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a girls family 4 day stay in a room with King and Sofa (3 people staying).
The hotel staff were exceptional as was the Pool area and Lobby area. Just perfect really.
The sofa bed was perhaps suitable for small children but not adults. It cannot lay flat (feet are raised, head is sunken) and is terribly noisy with any movement, so a wakeful sleep for all in the room.
The room had a good size fridge which was wonderful.
It was clean apart from a little dusty residue left on clothes in the bathroom.
The air conditioning fluctuates so again not ideal for sleeping.
All in all we had a lovely time & were not turned off too greatly by the issues although if we were working and on a schedule those things may irritate.
To summarise the staff are brilliant but the upper levels are more tired but we would still love to go again.

The room has a beautiful view, the front desk and the manager are very nice! We gave you a high floor, and you can snorkel in the swimming pool. It's perfect for vacation!

Suitable for parents and children!
It’s perfect for taking care of children! There are many saltwater snorkeling pools. Snorkeling in the hotel is safe!
Facilities: Although it is a bit old, it is very clean. Most old hotels in Australia seem to be like this.
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: Very good, relatively quiet area, very close to the beach
