The location is first-class. I chose a room that is not the highest. It is on the 35th floor. You can watch the New Year's Eve fireworks from a closer place. If you are too high, you won't be able to see them well. People who want to see the beach have to brave the rain to watch the fireworks. But watching them comfortably from the balcony is really worth the price ( The special offer for Diamond members is about HKD 13,000 for 3 nights, including New Year's Eve. A minimum booking of 3 nights is required. Originally, the booking with ******* cost HKD 24,000, so I immediately canceled the booking through trip.com. Because there were too many bookings, I emailed the hotel for details. This time I am sure I have booked it), but the lifts are too few and too slow and really need to be improved.

The hotel is in the heart of Surfers Paradise, many restaurants nearby and just 5 min walking to the beach. The room is spacious and the bathroom is really nice and clean! Also the pool is very nice! The facility of parking the car just paying 25 aud per 24h in and out whenever you want is a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room and views were amazing. Property very clean, spacious and overall lovely property. The only problem was a howling wind that rattled the sliding door that kept us awake all night. We put a pillow up against the glass door, we opened the glass door slightly, but nothing stopped the noise. We advised on check out and we were told ”sorry” that's it. No offer of a $50 discount- nothing. $1000 for 2 nights accommodation with one night without sleep....

Was staying for my brother’s wedding which was in the ballroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was amazing, the view, the furniture and the cleanliness was all top quality. I’ll definitely come back to stay here again so I can experience it outside the craziness of the wedding.

Awesome family apartment on level 23, had everything we needed as a family of four. Very spacious and bright. Stunning views of the beach and surfers paradise. Sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were epic. Views from the kitchen/dining room over the hinterlands just as nice. Couldn’t fault the apartment could do with lock of paint and some newer furniture to get it to 5 star. Pool areas awesome and large lap pool and chill out pool along with indoor pool and jacuzzi. Right next to Cavill Ave and where everything is and happening. 2 minute stroll to public transport and the tram service. The Avenue bar and restaurant across the road was really good and awesome food and service. 5/5 for our family holiday here.

My children booked my partner and I a night in a Superior twin room for my birthday. From arrival the service we received was fantastic. I was offered a complimentary mimosa whilst checking in and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable with ample room and updated modern decor. The beds were very comfortable and we had great views from the 9th floor within walking distance to the heart of Surfers Paradise - a block from Cavill Ave. I rate this 5 stars however their were a couple of small issues - you need to book for onsite parking which unfortunately we were not when my son did our booking. However their is parking right next door for around $15 per day. The other issue was our sliding door wouldn’t lock after returning to our room after dinner. Minor issues but full disclosure on our stay. Overall I would highly recommend staying at The Island again!

Excellent apartments, the first line, from the balcony was a view of the ocean, a nearby descent to the beaches, near 5-10 minutes walk shopping center. Big living room (2 sofa, dining table, magazine table, TV, conferror) with kitchen (chef, refrigerator, teapot, microwave, food and cooking dishes) its balcony with table and chairs, bedroom double bed + cabinet, bath small, There is a room with washing machine + dust, tug, layout dryer. There is a swimming pool and barbecue area at the hotel. Parking. Respeshchen is closed as everywhere in 16-17 hours, but the entrance to the hotel by electronic key. Very enjoyed!

Just amazing. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment on level 20 and we loved it. The view was next level, made it perfect. There was no aircon in our room but was told that due to height and location of the room we would have a beautiful cool breeze and it was - it was so cool. Location was everything we wanted close enough to the cavill avenue and right across the road from the beach. Décor is dated but it did not negatively impact our stay. Pools were great. Staff were great. Thank you.

Remember to contact the hotel housekeeper in advance, or check the email message first, especially if you arrive after 5 p.m. Otherwise, you won't be able to find the key pick-up point at all. I just searched for more than an hour and couldn't figure it out until I couldn't contact Ctrip's housekeeper. This is a serviced apartment in the same building as the Hilton Hotel. Apart from the previous worries, the staying experience is very good.

This is the second time we've stayed in one of these apartments. They are spacious and well equipped. If you like being right in amongst the Surfers Paradise atmosphere this is the place to stay. They are well priced for the luxury. A few points: There are only two keys. This worked out fine for our group of eight but did take a little coordinating. The lifts are busy especially around 10am checkout time. Leave with 10 minutes to spare in case of congestion. The apartments are kitted out with essential consumables which is great. Some spray and wipe and toilet cleaner would've been appreciated for our week long stay. We all highly recommend these apartments - close to everything with awesome views up and down the coast.
