This hotel was amazing! The staff were super friendly, especially the lady that checked us in on our first night I think her name was Maria maybe? Very convenient location right outside the tram stop too. We loved the breakfasts each morning, it was a great way to kick off our days in the Gold Coast :)

Bad gym. Weird choice of machines.
Average pool, but here in gold coast, I prefer the beach over an average pool.

Check in struggled to figure out how to simply charge us for the two rooms we booked together, half checking us in and then make us wait in another queue so they could check us in to our second room!
The bathroom could have benefited from a better cleaner.
