Beautiful hotel

Close to China Town and close to train /bus stop,convenient transportation

The hotel standard is up to the top four-star level. The room is comfortable and clean but small. There are no restaurants, fitness facilities, etc. If it is more than 1200/night, the cost performance is not high.

The two front desk staff were very friendly and took the initiative to lead us to the room, told us how to use the main facilities, and tried their best to meet our requests for toiletries. The room was newly decorated, clean and tidy. The location is excellent, and the central station is a few hundred meters away. The only drawback is that the room is too small, and the table for the kettle and tea cups is too small. I am worried that the bottles and jars on it will fall down!

Pros The hotel is located in the city center, 5-10 minutes to the metro. There are shops nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful. They checked us in before check-in time They gave us a map and told us how and where to get there. Cons The room is very small. The door to the toilet was crooked and it was very difficult to open. The ventilation is weak, we slept with the window open. We were afraid to heat water in the kettle because it leaks Breakfast is very modest (apple, banana, bread, butter, yogurt, croissant, muffin and tea/coffee to choose from)

The hotel is in a good location, and the service and hygiene are also good, but the room types and facilities are far from the level of a five-star hotel. There is a lot of water in it! The breakfast is also very, very average, but after all, it is free, so why do you need a bicycle?

The shampoo and conditioner in the room are so tightly locked that you can't squeeze them out. If you don't want to give them away, why not lock them up so tightly?

Very cozy and modern hotel, with a beautiful design of the rooms. Breakfast with organic products, freshly squeezed juice and delicious coffee. Large selection in the mini-bar. Located near the train station (maximum 10 minutes with suitcases, the nearest large Coles supermarket is also 10 minutes away), there are many cafes in the area. Entrance to the hotel by electronic cards, no strangers, 24-hour reception. The room is quite spacious and clean, they clean well, soap and toiletries with an awesome aroma. Plenty of towels, excellent water pressure. There is an elevator, a terrace on the top floor. It is quiet at night, no extraneous sounds disturb. The staff is extremely friendly, our Russian card, of course, did not work, they laughed, said that if anything, they will take cash for additional services (like a mini-bar).

Booked for 10 nights, the hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very clean and beautiful, the price is reasonable, overall I am very satisfied! It should be my designated hotel in Sydney, Australia in the future.

This is the first time I’m writing a review. Let’s talk about the advantages first: the location is very close to shopping places, both QVB and Surryhills shops are not too far away, and Citywalk is more convenient. It's great that you can connect your mobile phone to watch YouTube in the room. Breakfast includes croissants and coffee. The shower gel scent is okay. Disadvantages: When we arrived in Sydney, we stayed at Capella and Four Seasons. Except for the poor service (after experiencing it for ten days, we found that there is almost no service in Australia), everything else was very good. I wanted to experience a local small hotel in Australia but ended up skipping the giant one. thunder! ! There was no help with luggage when we arrived. The guy who checked in spoke very fast and seemed to want to finish immediately. He didn't want you to hear clearly. Then there was no welcome wine or anything like that mentioned in the Little Red Book, and there was no Spring water in the room. There was only a bottle of faucet water in a glass bottle, which also felt very dirty. The bottle had not been washed, and there were no slippers. We booked the penultimate room with a balcony on the 4th floor. When we opened the door and walked in, it was extremely hot and smelled great! The newly renovated smell is still very off-putting, and the balcony faces the road and the train... it's very noisy! There were also crickets chirping all night... Of course it doesn't matter if you sleep well, but as a slightly more sensitive person, I couldn't sleep all night and was really speechless. Fortunately, I went to find another tall guy the next day to help coordinate changing to a room not facing the road, and I fell asleep the next night. But I don't know if they didn't clean the room I changed to. The sheets, bath towels and bathrobes were all stained. It's so hard to comment that I just posted pictures. The air conditioner is Daikin and will change the temperature on its own. I got up and changed the temperature 4 times in one night. When it was set to 22 degrees, it would automatically jump to 17 degrees and then blow on your head! Also, the distance between the bed and the TV is very narrow. I was knocked unconscious when I turned off the air conditioner at night. The most inconsistent place I have ever stayed in in my life. In short, I don’t trust Xiaohongshu anymore. The rating on booking at that time was also 9 points high. I don’t understand how it was done. It’s 700 Australian dollars for 2 nights. You can make your own judgment.

The inside of the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious ☺︎ The hotel staff was also kind and easy to express my requests!
