Four Seasons Hotel Seoul Reviews

We traveled in Japan for about two weeks before arriving in Seoul, and stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel for three nights. It may be that Japanese hotels are too good, and the Four Seasons Hotel is really disappointing in comparison. The hotel knew that there were three of us staying (we had already paid for three people, which was about 40% more expensive than two people), but the Four Seasons Hotel only provided an extra bath towel and a pair of slippers, while the Japanese hotel not only provided a full set of supplies for three people, including towels, bath towels, bathrobes, face towels, and cups, but also capsule coffee. One capsule of each flavor was put in, so we always remembered that this room was for three people. The hardware of the Four Seasons Hotel is very good, but the hygiene is worrying. There are stains on the towels, and the washlet control panel still has the body fluids of the previous person. I don't know what it is, so I wiped it off myself. When we checked in, we found that there were no tea bags, and later the doorman brought them for us. The cups will not be washed after drinking, so they helped us cover them with a lid. Then there was no night bed on the first day, but there was on the next two days, which shows that the service is not uniform. A little bit of hardware is new, the surrounding area is very convenient, there are many places to eat, and the doorman will help call a car and help carry luggage.
