Aurora Hotels with Pools

The room was not properly furnished, there was dust in the corner, there was food trash under the chair, and the bathroom smelled. I don't know how many rooms I have, but there was a sound of dogs until dawn, and when I asked the staff if there were indoor slippers, I didn't feel good while laughing while looking at me saying that there was no such thing here. Breakfast was ok and the room was larger than I thought and the other staff were all friendly

Great accessibility from the airport. The facilities are clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The room is spacious and the heating works well. Everything is good except the shower is a bit tricky to use.

The room size is relatively small compared to other hotels in the same area, but overall it’s clean and comfortable. The breakfast options are quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. However, for a short stay, it’s a decent choice.

The hotel is very clean and the front desk lady is very powerful. When I went, I caught up with the lobby in the renovation, so I felt a little crowded, but the hotel was really good. Super recommended.

Thoroughly pleased with the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. And who can forget to mention the chocolate chip cookie. Lol.

I booked my room online and the guy at the front counter was waiting on someone before me. On his screen pop-up $50 deposit. Well he did not asked the lady in front of me for the deposit but when it was my turned; he asked me to pay $50. I told him that was for the lady in front of me and he did not asked her so why was he asking me for a deposit. Overall, the stay was very good except for the front desk guy. I think that you guys need to be persistent and asked everyone for a deposit.

More help is needed in the evenings. Additionally the room we checked into did not have a working toilet.  When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I had to go down to desk and was able to get a new room. This was fairly inconvenient, but at least we were given a room nearby and not on a different floor, so could have been worse.

ทางโรงแรม ไม่มีบริการชัตเติ้ล Bus รับส่งแล้ว ตรวจสอบบริการนี้ก่อนเดินทาง เช็คอินได้ง่าย แนะนำให้ พูดคุยเรื่อง วันเช็คอินเช็คเอาท์ ให้ชัดเจน ในวันเช็คอินเลย เนื่องจาก ได้รับประสบการณ์ การเข้าใจผิด จากโรงแรม ว่า check out ก่อนวันจริง 2 วัน และมีการ รูดบัตร (ที่เราใช้ในการ จ่ายค่ามัดจำ ตอนเช็คอิน) ของเราเพิ่ม 2 คืน และ ค่ามัดจำใหม่ อีกครั้งต้องไปเจรจาขอคืนยอดเงิน ค่อนข้างยุ่งยากและต้องส่งอีเมลใบจองไปยืนยัน แต่ได้คืนทั้งหมด ทางทริป.คอม ช่วยดูแลแก้ปัญหาร่วมด้วย ดีมากๆ ขอชื่นชม ห้องกว้างขวางสะดวกสบาย แต่ไม่มีบริการทำความสะอาดระหว่างที่อยู่ มีอาหารเช้าให้บริการพอเพียง มีเครื่องวาฟเฟิลให้ทำเอง มี บิสกิตให้ รสชาติกลางๆ สถานที่ตั้งไกลจากตัวเมือง แต่ถ้าต้องการ ไป ทำธุระที่มหาวิทยาลัยและโรงพยาบาล ค่อนข้างใกล้ แต่ถ้าเดินไป ต้องระมัดระวังให้ดี มีกลุ่ม homeless บ้าง
