Philadelphia Hotels with Pools

This Four Seasons is located in a newly built high-rise in the center of Philadelphia. It should be the most fashionable one in the area. The Four Seasons service is online, so there is no need to worry. The lobby is on the 60th floor, with a panoramic view of the city, and the rooms are below.

The hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The location of the hotel is good, it is very convenient to enter the city or go to the airport. It's a great suite with complete kitchen facilities. It's suitable for 3 of us to stay. The breakfast is also good, in a regular American style.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a beautiful church downstairs. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The service is terrible. I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the front desk said that there was no such room type, and they insisted on saying so. When I contacted Ctrip and waited for a reply, the front desk said that there was such a room type. It was very confusing. My check-in was delayed for almost half an hour, and I was forced to contact Ctrip via international long-distance.

First class location, the facilities are a bit old

Excellent customer service experience with front desk even when having issues went above and beyond to accommodate would definitely love to come back.

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.

Very good, but there are no shops nearby, suitable for driving

Traveling with my family, I booked a suite. I read the reviews after booking. I was a little confused, but my family comforted me that it was only for one night. After checking in, I felt pretty good. After all, the price was less than RMB 900. It was still a good deal for 5 people. The sofa bed in the living room was quite large. The sanitary conditions of the room were okay, and there were no bugs or unclean bedding mentioned in some negative reviews.
