I have a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. First thing I stepped into the hotel, there was really subtle nice but not over-powering aroma . Really pleasant indeed. The hotel situated right in the city centre and easy to get around. The hotel was so kind to meet my request for a quiet room location. The hotel has bar, and restaurants. Really good to organise functions and events there. The hotel has heritage-vibe, but nice layout and very clean. I would love to visit there again if I have a chance.

This is a beautiful hotel set right in the heart of downtown Sydney. We loved our stay here. The staff were very attentive to anything we needed and happy to help. The room was clean and very beatifully appointed with luxurious features. The buffet breakfast was amazing with delicious cold and hot food and fresh fruit and pastries and great coffee. We loved the heritage feeling of this hotel and how central it was to many of Sydney's landmarks and must see places! We highly recommend The Fullerton Hotel Sydney and would love to come back again.

Great location, staff are friendly and helpful. Doorman, showed excellent service - he was very friendly and made sure we had umbrellas on a a rainy day.
The room was nice and comfortable, and a generous size bed for two. Nice bathroom with bath tub, standing shower and separate toilet. The only pet peeve we had was that the ventilation in the bathroom was not that great, as there was a slight mouldy smell from the bathroom leaking in to the main room.
The gym was small but very good as it had an abundance of equipment. There was filtered water and many apples for a post-workout snack, which was very convenient.
However, all in all it was a pleasant stay and we would not hesitate to visit again, hopefully in a different room.

Great hotel! Location is near train/metro/tram stations, the hotel is clean and the room is very spacious (Tower Deluxe Double - the double bed is quite big for my toddler and I).
Honestly the service is not the best, I think the floor managers and service staff need more training especially for Asian customers. I was called “the Asian guys” by the doorman and my friend was treated unfriendly, but he was so polite to white man beside us. Funny.
But otherwise, great stay :)

Location is central. Close to all places of interest and main shopping belt. View of our room type was horrendous.
About 15 mins walk away from Chinatown and we p mins away from darling Harbour.
The hotel room is large but looks worn and requires upgrade.

The location is prime. The service is excellent. Warm greeting at the entrance. Smooth checkin and checkout. Free upgrade to clock tower king room. The clock tower view is stunning. Would stay here again if we come back.

Great location, just 5 min walk to Martin place metro. Good service at the club lounge. Breakfast and tea taste good.
The suite is large and clean. My kid love to play hide and seek in the suite. Great to have a variety of free movie to watch.
