The hotel offers a fair price. The accommodation is simple, the room is well clean, comfortable beds, the cleaning service is performed every day. Excellent service for all staff. I didn't use breakfast, so I can't evaluate it.

From all the hotels I have ever stayed in Brazil this the Gran Estamplaza is by far the best one. The excellency of the staff, the admirable beauty of the infrastructure, all the services offered,and then breathtaking tall glass ceiling ballroom style restaurant, accompanied by the most delightful live piano presentation (graciously delivered by leonardo Ramos pianist) are some of the things that make the experience unique and memorable. Impossible not to fall in love with this hotel. It’s sophisticated,comfortable, stunningly beautiful, gastronomically inclined fitting to most dietitian restrictions… Can’t wait to return next week. For now on when I go to SP I am only staying there. 😍

Hotel near the capital, appearing to be in a valley, made a more temperate climate. The hotel has a large number of swimming pools, and air-conditioned, but the waters are dirty of insects and the bottom of black things. Restaurants serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee and dinner, simple and good food. The hotel's area is wide, very grass and very wooden, and the room I hosted was not what was found in the photo of the trip with a balcony, the room was simply, and without balcony. The box had no savon or shampoo door, we had to leave on the floor, the window is not sound proof, it was sticked on the road, car noises, TV was not smart, the parking was full, and we had to stop away from the room. The room was clean, basic, air-conditioned, flat screen, few channels, I felt missing boxes, a reasonable breakfast, a machine coffee that I especially don't like, had butter and bread was often finished. The hotel is a good location near shopping and local shopping.

Amazing stay, excellent stuff, excellent valet parking, food was good, drinks were good too. Room was very pretty and very comfortable. Great location. Definitely go back to this hotel even if it’s for business or pleasure.
