The location of the property is ideal for first time visitor cause it has all access to all the overlooking restaurants and walking distance to skyranch.

Overall experience is good, amenities and all need to pay extra, preferred if it can be included during booking. But the experience is good with the family

The unit we stayed in for a night is clean and spacious. One thing we liked is they have a partition for the room and living room. There are few things we noticed that need improvements. No slippers for guests but there is one pair for the bathroom use. They don't provide toiletries such as shampoo, toothpaste , toothbrush, soap except for 1 roll tissue. The shower drain is slow to drain. The toilet bowl is not fixed, no sealant and quite moves when you rise up after use (it can cause accidents if ever it may crack due to moving). It needs to secure for guests safety.They provide kitchen wares but lack a fork and spoon. All in all, those mentioned flaws did not affect our stay, yet we still had a good sleep even when we turned off the aircon due to windy and cold weather on Tagaytay.

❌ PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IN THIS PLACE! PLACE IS TOO DIRTY, NOT WELL MAINTAINED AND ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT IS POSTED IN TRIP COM APP. WE PAID 500 FOR THE PARKING FEE AND WASTED MONEY (WE LEFT WITHIN 30MINS) BECAUSE YOU WON’T EVEN THINK TO BRING YOUR ENEMY IN THAT PLACE TO SLEEP. TOO DIRTY TILES GROUT, LIGHTS ARE DIM AND DARK (CHEAP LIGHTS). FLOOR IS NOT MOP AT ALL, THE BEDLINENS ARE NOT WASHED. TOWELS PROVIDED SMELL AWFUL. VERANDA IS TOO DIRTY. A LOT OF STAIN IN THE WALL. FURNITURE SEEN IN TRIP COM APP ARE DIFFERENT (OLD TV, NO INTERNET CONNECTION). DIRTY AND OLD FRIDGE. THEY WILL INSIST THAT THEY GIVEN THE CORRECT ROOM TYPE WHEN IN REALITY THEY DIDN’T, ITS TOTALLY DIFFERENT. THEY ARE BUNCH OF FRAUDSTER (PROBABLY GROUP OF HOMEOWNERS TRYING TO GET THEIR UNIT RENTED BUT NEVER BOTHER TO PROPERLY MAINTAIN AND CLEAN). I’M VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED AND THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY, DIDN’T EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY TO ME. PLEASE DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE AND WASTE MONEY LIKE WHAT WE DID. ❌

TV not working Microwave- kinakalawang na Pillows sa sala ang baho. Di manlang pinalitan Contacted customer service ni trip.com sinungaling pa ang sabi someone will change the pillows right now pa check out na kami wala parin nagpapalit 😂🤣

Nice location! Exactly with beautiful lake view, day and night view

This booking was a bit of a nightmare, we have been trying to contact someone from the property at least a month, week then a few days before our check-in date but no one replied. I called the number a couple of time but was dismissed as the person on the other end said she was busy cleaning who knows what. They even got out dates incorrect which was rectified. We were assigned to a different room, the bed is like lying on a cardboard, the airconditioing was dripping on us and the toilet and bath is filthy. Will not consider booking in this property anytime soon.

Tagaytay has always been a popular destination for a quick getaway, offering breathtaking views of Taal Volcano and a refreshing escape from the city heat. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience a staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo, and I'm happy to share my thoughts. The Accommodation: I stayed at the Wind Residences, a towering high-rise condo with a cozy and classy lobby. The staff and security guards were polite, and the elevators worked smoothly. The unit itself was basic but comfortable, with a wooden wall separating the living room from the bedroom. It had a TV, Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa set, a refrigerator, chairs and tables, and a double-decker bed. While the air conditioning wasn't centralized, the natural cool air of Tagaytay was sufficient. The bathroom had a hot and cold shower. Amenities and Facilities: The Wind Residences has a fantastic clubhouse with three swimming pools, two outdoor and one indoor. While there's a fee of ₱150 per person for using the pool, it's worth it for the experience. The clubhouse also has a gym, function rooms, billiard tables, darts, basketball, badminton and lawn tennis courts, and a kiddie playground. The jogging path is huge, and there's a vacant lot in the middle where guests can fly drones. There are also a few shops on the first floor of the buildings, including Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, Ace Hardware, BDO, and a 7/11. What I Loved: - The scenic garden and open field - The clubhouse and other amenities - The location - The security Areas for Improvement: - The parking is expensive. - The Wi-Fi is limited. - The sky deck is unfinished. - The restrooms are unfinished. - A heated pool or small jacuzzi would be a great addition. Overall: My staycation at the Tagaytay Residence by SMCo was hassle-free and enjoyable. The host was responsive, and the accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and affordable staycation in Tagaytay.

The place was nice and cozy. Was just a bit overwhelmed by the cleaning products because of the strong smell. It just got cleaned like minutes before we checked in. The location is very convenient as well as the amenities. Will still rebook and go back.

Nice location, Nice view.. Sky Ranch and a Robinsons Supermarket is nearby but if you want to eat out in local restaurants there are also a lot nearby.
