There is no pure water, but spring water is provided. The location is good, the staff is nice, and it is very good to be able to provide such a room on the top of the mountain. It is a bit beyond expectations. There is a smell in the lobby, I don't know where it comes from.

It's a nice little hotel with an ancient style building exterior. It is located at the end of the Heavenly Street and the South Heavenly Gate. The room is clean with large double beds, good for family guests. The room also features disposable slippers, tooth brushes and paste, and all you need to take a bath. The hotel states that a hot water shower needs 30 minutes to warm up for the next person although we didn't find that it'd take that long. The mountain air is cool and fresh. We visited at the end of June and needed to keep AC on heat to keep the room warm. The hotel provides wakeup service and organizes a tour group for those who want to see the sunrise. Overall a pleasant experience and I wish we had more time to stay on the mountain top for more than just one night.

Great, new property with comfortable, well equipped, modern, spacious room. The manager is very friendly and professional, setting a good example on how to check in quickly and smoothly, without wasting an annoying 20-30 minutes at reception. The hotel has very easy access to the Red Gate of Taishan

One of the best hotels in Tai An. Room is clean. Service is excellent. My son has diarrhea and dirtied the bed. Service staff was very understanding and happy to help change the bedsheets and blanket not once but twice. Hotel even changed the room for us so that we can have a clean room. I have nothing but the best to say about this hotel.

Nice hotel and very near at Taishan Mountain. Accessible and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast and we really enjoyed our stayed here. You can even see the mountains through the window. And they even have washing machine area incase you need to wash your clothes just next to their Gym. Nice bathroom and the room is refreshing. Highly recommended.

My recent stay at Atour Tai'an had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day out. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast was good too. However, there were some drawbacks. The hair dryer in the room had a tendency to overheat and stop working, requiring multiple cycles to dry my hair. Additionally, the absence of a heated bidet, a feature I've come to expect, was noticeable. Despite these issues, I would still recommend [Hotel Name] for its comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. Improvement in these areas would make for an even better stay.

The room was as comfortable as ever, the room attendant was also okay, and the front desk guy also tried his best to meet the needs of the guests. There were many meetings during the two days I stayed, and the breakfast restaurant was crowded. It closed at 9:30, which was really punctual. I didn't wait for a minute longer. During the period, I saw a lady from the south who came late with her child, and the table was basically cleared. The lady found the restaurant manager standing next to her (a short and fat man) and complained about the quick collection of food. The male manager looked at her with a contemptuous expression and said nothing. It is indeed a bit early to close breakfast at 9:30 in a tourist city. In addition, the road leading to the basement was full of cars on both sides, including the ramp of the basement.
