"This is my 2nd review as i ended up staying 4 nights. Just wanna say thank you to all the staff at this hotel who worked tirelessly to make my stay so comfortable especially the receptionists whom I depend alot for extra assistance due to my poor Mandarin. To the housekeeping who made up my bed daily and the restaurant for delivering such healthy and fresh breakfast daily, i say you all are the best. I humbly salute you."

"The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard.
On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch.
The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service.
In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The front desk staff are welcoming and offered a discount for adding breakfast. The room was spacious and bright, and very clean – super comfortable. It's much bigger than the Ramada rooms in Hong Kong, haha. I highly recommend the buffet dinner; the variety of food is rich and caters to all tastes. The biggest convenience of dining at the hotel is being able to head straight to your room after a few drinks. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and cleared dishes promptly. Plus, there are adorable alpacas, which delighted my child. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tai'an, and I must bring my parents to experience it too."

"I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room was clean and tidy. The staff at the front desk, both the young man and the lady, were very welcoming. They even gave small slippers and toothbrushes to my two children. During our stay, I asked many questions about tourist attractions, and they patiently helped us plan our itinerary. They also reminded us that it might be hard to get a Didi (ride-sharing service) back after the 'Fengchan Grand Ceremony' in the evening and gave us many helpful suggestions. It was a great stay, thank you!"

"The hotel's design is very modern. My parents and I stayed in a business suite with two 1.5-meter beds, and it even had a separate small lounge area. When we needed amenities, we just ordered them through a mini-program, and a little robot delivered them shortly after. The cleanliness was also impeccable, with no strange odors, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was incredibly rich, and you could even order freshly made noodles or wontons – it was absolutely fantastic! Next time I'm in Tai'an, I'll definitely stay here again."

"We booked a room with the view on Taishan. If you are lucky with the weather, the view will be great. Check the weather forecast before booking. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. But the AC worked well in heating regime so it was really warm in the room. Also the location is perfect, right near the railway station near the centre, there is a shopping mall right in front of the building. Nobody speaks English, but they are friendly and tried to help us"

"This hotel is very close to Nantianmen. It's clean and well-maintained, and the room looks pretty much like the pictures. You can see the cable car from the window, which offers a great view. It's really hard to find such good conditions at the top of a mountain, so don't expect too much. The service is also excellent. In the morning, there's a guide who takes you to watch the sunrise, and you can also order breakfast at the hotel. All in all, I'm very satisfied!"

When I chatted with Ms. Zhao, a restaurant staff member, about climbing Mount Tai during breakfast, she even packed us some snacks and things our child loves. Truly full of warmth!"

Excelent hotel, very recommended! Extra clean and nicely decorated. With the needed amenities. It has a great view from the reception and they also have great tea as come in. Breakfast is chinese style but with toast bread and good coffee. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a fantastic experience, an unforgettable stay. Our whole family loved it! We hike Mount Tai with our kids every year, and this year we chose a B&B close to the entrance. It happened to be the hottest weather, but the air conditioning was incredibly effective upon entering the hotel, making it incredibly cool and comfortable. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! There's no reason not to stay here next time! A five-star rating is a must!

I had a great stay at Tai’shan Recluse Hotel in Tai’an. The location is perfect — right next to a new shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. It’s very convenient but still quiet and relaxing. Just a short walk away, there’s a beautifully reconstructed old village that makes for a lovely evening stroll. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are kind and helpful. Overall, an excellent place to stay if you want comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm.

Hotel was very nice only bad thing was they gave me the wrong room and put me in someone else’s and my room originally costed more than the one they put me in and I received no reimbursement for that. If you want to stay at Taian Mountain 태산 area, I like to recommend this great hotel. Particularlyhotel managers Mr. Fred xu and Mr. Charles zhai's excellent customerservice is unforgettable. When you visit ghus hotel call them than you know the reason. Their customer service is precisely perfect and endless kindness. Hotel has excellent quality accommodation including bed and pillows comfortable and clean floor and full equipped bathroom. Much higher equipped than other 5 star hotel. I will stay again definitely. Do not miss best unique breakfast !

Pick-up + room upgrade was touching. It's a beautiful place, a B&B with mountains and rivers at its back. Although this is the off-season, it has a bleak beauty. I have traveled to Mount Tai and Taohua Valley many times, and this time I came here just to stay in this B&B. Come again in another season.

The projector has a very large selection of movies and a good percentage of them are in English. the location is very convenient it is above an area that has a lot of restaurants and even a craft brewery. there is also a large supermarket in the basement of the mall that is below the mall.  it is a 20 minute taxi ride to the red gate to climb mount taishan
