Overall services were good, from concierge, to check in and check out. The room that was allocated to us was spacious however they could have done better to do regular maintenance on their TV channels and systems. Some channels showed black screen with audio whereas some with visuals but no audio. Called up for service and they got a technician over to check yet no outcome and they decided to brush me off by blaming it on system updates backend. Tried over the next few days and still didn't work, and gave up eventually. Not returning to this hotel for my next trip to Taichung.

The air-conditioning in the room is centrally operated... It's too cold. After I reported it to the reception, they said they couldn't adjust it... It's so cold that when I'm not sleeping, I have to turn off the air-conditioning to let the room temperature rise, and then turn it back on again when it gets hot and stuffy... Even the reception staff gave the same advice, which made me dizzy... Isn't this very tiring? Everything else is generally ok, the only thing is the air-conditioning is so cold that I almost caught a cold (I took a lot of throat lozenges and nasal congestion medicine). Next time... I won't stay there 😭

The room has some history, is spacious and comfortable, and the price is more than 400 yuan including breakfast. The breakfast is also very ordinary. If you can eat enough, it is a good value. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness of the bathroom floor.

Great location, the neibhourhood park is a must go place, and many conviences stores and supermarkets. The MRT is only 5 minute walk, can lead to Costco, and Center Centre. Still the best for me and my sons are the leisure and game room, with such a wonder video game machine called ”Supreme X Galloping”, we played the ”Final Fight” in the final night with so much more fun!

Beautiful design and friendly staff. Just 8 mins walk from Taichung Station. There is also a Southeastern Asian food street near the hotel, so you can enjoy Thai and Vietnamese food conveniently.

Very nice room, i booked the capsule type but they upgraded to a single room instead, it was very nice. Location is very good, near taichung main station, Bus stop, and miyahara.
