Hotel room is pretty old but ok Good location Nice staffs There are free snacks and drinks at the lobby

I like the free snacks and drinks corner very much. I like the TV channels suchs as cinemax, HBO etc and the big TV. I like the nearby shopping, convenience stores, SOGO with uniqlo and GU and bubble tea.

Overlall very good but they didn't change the towels neither make the room because according to them they don do it if is a booking of only 2 days.

Really great hotel! The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. I really like the bathroom, the bathroom has dry and wet separation, and great selection of cosmetic items are provided in the washroom. The staff are very accommodating and helpful! On the first floor there is also a convenient free water dispenser and a free coffee machine using coffee beans, as well as welcome cookies. Will definitely stay again!

Because Elizabeth's second floor is a bar open to the public, the lobby staff was also very distressed and kept apologizing to us.
