Hoya Resort Hotel Wuling

Checked in on May 19, 2015, the room has no air conditioning, turned down the temperature but nothing happened (a guest complained about the same problem on May 3, the owner did not respond, only responded to the guests who praised it, there is no sincerity in the business, and turned a blind eye to this matter) I went to the first floor counter to report it, and they said that the air outside the hotel was used, and asked the manager to come down. It was the manager who decided to turn off the air conditioning system, saying that it was for energy saving. It was the first time I stayed in the hotel and the manager turned off the air conditioning system. Later, after I expressed strongly, the air conditioning system was turned on. The counter staff also said that other guests had complained about this, and the staff themselves did not agree, and asked us to open the window to let the outdoor cold air into the room. If this is the case, why does the hotel still install air conditioning? I have already reported it to the general management office by phone, and it depends on how they deal with it.
