Sheraton Taipei has been a choice of hotel when traveling to Taipei. Friendly and helpful staff who are always there when you need assistance.
Room is clean and big. Train station is just near the hotel making it easy to commute.

The executive suite was spacious and elegantly appointed, boasting stunning views of the bustling city skyline. The modern decor combined with thoughtful amenities made the space feel like a home away from home. Comfortable furnishings, including a plush king-sized bed, provided a perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring Taipei.
One of the highlights of the suite was the access to the Executive Lounge. The atmosphere was both sophisticated and relaxed, offering complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails with a selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres. It was a lovely way to mingle with fellow guests while enjoying breathtaking sunset views! The attentive lounge staff went above and beyond, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.

My recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff offered warm, attentive service, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. The room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, with stunning views of the city skyline.
The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped fitness center, a relaxing spa. Dining was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious international and ********* dishes.

The same excellent service and hospitality as the first time I was here in the late 80s when it was still the iconic Lai Lai Sheraton. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my wife’s birthday memorable with the extra arrangements. Special mention goes to Ellen and the front desk team for taking great care of us.

Location was great-Very well connected with MRT just in front of the hotel . The concierge was very helpful in recommending day trip taxi to Yehliu etc. Breakfast spread was average with some hits and misses . Liked the soy milk but would have been nice to have the dough stick to complete the offering . Overall excellent stay
