Bed quality is a little bit low quality because when I sleep or get up in the morning I feel uncomfortable , should upgrade the bed quality to make more impression of your customers

Nice place but aircon cannot adjust

Very happy with experience here. Private spas within the rooms work well and feel great. Service was great. Food service was generally great. Rooms are clean and well-put together. Hotel is cost-effective as well. Xinbeitou as a destination itself is relaxing and has opportunities for decent food nearby and some short hikes through parks and over hills (phoenix mountain). Proximity to metro is very convenient. There are local markets nearby for visitors that are cute as well Very satisfied, would recommend to others to stay here!

Location is walking distance from MRT and places of interest. Quiet environment with park facing room. Convenient stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Friendly staffs.

The first room we got had repair parts left in the bathroom. It looks as the plumber left the job right in the middle of it. The front desk moved us to another room which is smaller and older than the upgraded room we paid for. We were just too tired to argue over it after all the excitement.

Good for a budget travel. The spa seems a bit old but otherwise suitable for the hot spring experience.

A big room for family of 3 with hot spring ♨️ tub. No heater , therefore need to off air_con during the night super cold in December month.

Hotel room has its own private onsen that can be filled with hotspring water or just normal hot water. We had included buffet breakfast and teatime, which was a surprise. Room itself was spacious and clean.

This hotel is very close to Xinbeitou Station, only a few minutes walk, so it is convenient even with a large luggage. It is also in a very good location in terms of places to eat, convenience stores and all Beitou tourist spots. The hotel provides afternoon tea for all guests and it is nice to relax before or after walking around the area. The room looks clean and well maintained. There is a full set of amenities. It is very relaxing soaking in hot spring water 😊

Hotel near to MRT stations and it located at center of Beitou. Enjoy private hot spring in room.

Location was near amenities and the train station. However, we were met with some mosquitoes. The receptionist was nice enough to change a room for us. Room is spacious, but I personally did not enjoy the toilet facilities. it was hard to get in and out of the shower (tub). when showering, water will get everywhere. Hot/warm water took forever to come out. water pressure not that strong. spring water coming out isnt hot.

Excellent location, very close to MRT station, commercial area and major attractions. Complimentary afternoon tea and breakfast included, enjoyed both with good variety and taste. Room size is average but with decent view and private hotspring tub. Great value for money and will definitely be back next time.
